+ -1 moreI called their office for an appointment and the technician returned my call in about an hour and set up an appointment for the next day between 4-6 p.m.The next day at 4 pm he is at my house. He did and inspection,, cleaned the units, and even did the summer maintenace for drainage (condensation) tubes. He explained to me and showed me with his testing equipment areas of concern. He advised that the capacitor for one unit was marginal and the other should be replaced but they were not critical at this time and if I wanted, replacement could be delayed for awhile. I had him replace them while he was here .The technician was here for several hours. He was not in a rush or hurried during his inspection and maintenace of the a/c system. I believe my best reccomendation for this company is I will have them return next year for the inspection, maintenance and repairs at my house.
Description of Work: Expo A/C came out to service and inspect the air conditioning equipement for our house. The technican inspected (2) units outside (compressors) and the blowers inside the house . The inspection and maintenace for the units were performed in a timely and expert manner. During the inspection a few problem areas were found that needed attention and some parts needed to be replaced. The units are back on-line and funcitioning better than they propbably have in several years.

+ -1 moreI called Expo A/C Service after seeing them on Angie's List. I was in no hurry for the service, but was happy they came within 24 hours of the initial call. My home is under two years old and wanted to have the A/C units cleaned and checked. Expo's professionalism and timeliness was impeccable. They were on time for the set appointment. Their equipment used to confirm the units were working correctly was state of the art. I will only use Expo for my HVAC needs in the future.

Description of Work: checked both AC and heater same day, allowing me to use both vouchers which had been purchased. explained how systems should operate at peak performance and carefullu explained and showed what was needed and not needed.
