We have them every year before summer comes to make sure AC system works. Always pleasant experience.

It all depends on who you get. At first we were happy with them. It's hard to say. They are okay.

Expo Heating & Cooling came out and gave us an itemized quote to replace the a/c with a Trane XR14 3 ton condenser and coil. They recharged the current unit with freon until they were able to install the new unit the next day. They were there the next morning by 9:00 a.m.; it took about 3 hours for them to install new unit and cleanup. They were professional and I would recommend Expo to my family and friends.

Purchase a tune-up special to improve the efficiency of the AC unit which passed my home inspection and was functioning, but not efficiently. I was not home when service was provided, my girlfriend was but per the report and what the technician told my girlfriend. My unit was too old to be tuned up and they recommended replacement, without any service. The special I bought turned into a $65 quote for a replacement of my condenser & coil. I would have used a company's free estimate for a quote. Not satisfied with the service provided, but they were correct as the unit died 4 days later.

I purchased a maintenance tune up Angie's list deal for $59. I told them the air was not blowing cold and thought it could be low on freon, however when the tech hooked up the meter he found the compressor was not working. I was given a price to replace the entire A/C unit. Since it only took a short time to hook up the meter and do the check I asked if the tune up could go toward one of my other 2 systems but was told the $59 would be the diagnostic charge for this system, which I can understand, but if they were willing to put the meter on one of the other units they would have found they could have gotten more work in the future, because I did need some maintenance on the other 2. I thought the price of the new unit was high so I went with another company for replacing the new system and the repairs/maintenance on the other 2.

It went great. Nice technician, knowledgeable, walked me through what he was doing, suggested improvements to water heater his company couldn't provide but he felt would be good given the age of the water heater.

Bought an Angie's List special. Work was performed efficiently and with no additional cost.

He provided me in detail how he found the system . I will call him first should I reguire any maintenance.

Great. It was easy to schedule my appointment, although they were booked up for a while when I called for the initial appointment. At the last minute, I needed to reschedule, and they were accommodating, even at the last minute. Unfortunately for me, they told me what I already suspected: that our furnace and AC are on their last legs. I was given quotes for different options if/when we decide to replace the system, and suggested I hold off until Fall, since we'll be without AC for a couple of days. Their quotes are a fair price (this according to my uncle, who owns an HVAC company!).

Had both AC units looked over and tested in advance of the summer. Jabron was prompt, professional, and courteous. Did not try to over-sell me or tell me I needed a bunch of work done. I would definitely contact him again if I have issues based on meeting him and reading the reviews here.

Everything went well. Company representative and Eng. Jubran Twal contacted me to schedule an appointment the day after I purchased the tune-up service through Angie's List. He and his colleague (did not get his name) showed up at my home on time and got straight to work checking out the HVAC system. Jubran seemed to me to be quite competent and honest. I did not get the feeling that he was trying to unnecessarily upset me anything, which I appreciated. I likely will choose this company when it comes time to replace my aging home air conditioner.

JT came out to check the a/c system and provided valuable insight on a few things that were out of code and recommended minor repairs. The spent some time looking over things and provided a reasonable quote for repairs and replacement.

Great service. Jubran did a thorough job and explained what was checked and provided suggestions regarding the upkeep of our system. A contactor devise was found to be corroded and was replaced at a reasonable cost. We will certainly use Expo again in the future. It is nice to have a service contractor that can be trusted.

These guys were awesome! They spent a full day removing my old equipment and putting in the new stuff, which is a huge job. They rerouted my duct work to make it more efficient and spread my air out more evenly, getting rid of the hot and cold spots I had with my old system. Throughout the entire process, Jubran (owner, supervisor, all around great guy) kept me up to date with what was going on. He gave me a lot of info about the equipment, regular upkeep I should be doing, and he even helped me set up the registration for the equipment, which extends the manufacturer's warranty. One of the workers did slip in the attic and put a hole in the ceiling, which Jubran immediately informed me about and set up a repair guy to come out and fix it. (He wasn't able to come do the job until the next day, but that has nothing to do with Expo's performance)

They were punctual and professional. They were thorough. I will be calling them in the future if repairs are ever needed.
