The salesman was very thorough and explained all that needed to be done.I told him I would think about it and got more estimates. Not only was this company the cheapest they also quoted me prices on a better brand name than the others .As it was very cold and I had no heat they started the job 3 days later,on the day I requested. They worked long days and were finished in 2 days.They did a good job of cleaning up. They also came the next week to check on the freon level in the air conditioner to make sure both systems were operating at the expected level.

Work was completed professionally and on time. Options for upgrades were offered and explained.

The technician did a great job. He checked everything out for us and assured us that is was in great working order. Having purchased a foreclosure, we were a little wary to start up our furnaces, but everything fired right up and he did the inspection. About a week after our inspection our upstairs furnace stopped working. I called in the morning and he was able to fit me in the schedule around noon and determined the control board was fried. He replaced it and helped to determine the cause. We have had 2 positive experiences with Expo Heating and Cooling- we will definitely use them in the future, should the need arise!

Technician kept me posted on status of arrival, was very professional and knowledgeable. I will defintely use this service again.

It wasn't very good. They told me that some part of my unit was completely bad and has to be replaced. But since I still have my warranty, I called up the warranty that represents my home warranty so when they came they found the leak and fixed it without replacing the unit. However, they were nice and professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went well. We had to spend more because they had to replace something. They did a great job. They went through everything with my husband and showed him what they were doing.

I Felt the quote for the Freon refill was very expensive but he did explain that it's because the price of it has gone up this past year. He also tried to tell me that I to replace my whole system in the attic for a couple thousand so it was hard to tell if he was trying to sell more or it actually needed replacing. After calling Home Warranty and having another company come out they ended up replacing the Coils and refilling the Freon so the Expo technician was right on the Coils needing replacement but not the whole system.

I contacted provider for clarification regarding extent of the work involved. My error that I did not realize it would be a total project >$2000 and the coupon was only a down payment. Response of provider was professional

Jabran is one of the most honest and professional service providers I have even had the fortune to do business with. After receiving an AC repair quote of $6500. I had to get a second opinion. Jabran was the one I called after only a few minutes of servicing my unit he fixed the issue and told me it would be $175. This is after I told him of my first technicians repair details. He said that was not the issue and it only needed one small part which he had and not. Complete AC unit install. Jabran I thank you and I appreciate your professionalism!

I was very happy with the work and the installer. I asked for some additional work to be done and was quoted a rather high, uncompetitive offer. However the installer agreed, at my request, to do the work for the same price advertised by a competitor, and I was pleased with the result.

Compressor stopped working on a Saturday. Called Expo and they had a tech dispatched by Sunday. Jubran came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty capacitor on the compressor unit. Very friendly and professional, mentioned he would have come Saturday but they were completely booked. Glad I found Expo.

They were excellent. They showed up on time and they were courteous. He was very dependable and honest. He also explained to my son what to do to make our AC last longer until we can get hold of a new unit.

Jubran was very professional over the phone and scheduling the service was very easy. He gave us a two-hour window which was wonderful since only my wife and our toddler would be home at the time of service. The window was 9 - 11 and Jubran arrived at 9:30. My wife stated he was very prompt and professional. He even wore disposable booties over his shoes while in our home. We expected we would need refrigerant. He gave us a good deal on the refrigerant that was even better than what was stated on the Angie's Deal voucher that we used. He pointed out some parts that will likely need replacing in the next year and then the next few years, but did not push any urgent work to be done. We will definitely use Expo again.

only glitch was he was given the wrong location of service. don't know who messed up on that.

Ok The technician performed the inspection and offered to let me watch. The service was timely and professional.

My initial call to the operator was fine, they were professional and courtious. A technician called me back and was at my house at exactly the time they said they would show up. They fixed my problem and outlined several options for system upgrades since ours is getting old. We plan on using expo to do the full replacement on our furnace and AC system in the future. Highly recommend caing them if you have any cooling emergencies

Provider determined that my air conditioner is under powered. Should be a 5 ton unit and not a 4 ton unit. Offered to quote me on a new unit when ready. The air conditioner and furnance would have to be replaced to match. A Trane would cost approx. $7-8,000 which I'm not ready to spend right now.

Because it is summer time, I had to be placed on a list behind emergencies. This is understandable. I had to wait approximately a week. But the technician arrived right on time. He checked the coils, fan, insulation and duct work in the attic. It seemed to be a very thourough check. He then dissassembled my compressor and checked electrical connections and componants and the freon level. In the end, he recommended that I get my ductwork replaced and that I should have additional insulation installed. Suggestion only, no hard sell. In the end, I believe he did a very thorough job of inspecting my system and was honest enough not to to sell me things that I didn't need. He told me the freon level was fine and all electrical equipment was OK. There was no charge other than the original $49.00 for the service call.

The appointment was to be between 2 and 4pm. At 2:15 Jubran called and said that he was on his way. When he arrived he wore shoe protectors when inside without being asked to do so, discussed what he was going to do and went straight to work. I followed him through the entire inspection and he explained what he was doing. He was very professional and never acted like a salesman trying to sell me parts that weren't needed. He gave me cost estimates for parts that he recommended be replaced at the next inspection. I will use Expo again in the future and recommend them to the next person.
