Our experience was fantastic. The technician was prepared, punctual and very professional. We reviewed the work that was needed and he gave me the price up front. We were very pleased with the price and the quality of his work. He left all of the parts that he removed outside our door until he had completed all the work. He then showed each item to me before taking them away. Everything was put back in order in our home. We highly recommend EXPO Heating & Cooling.and Refrigeration.

The service Expo has provided was very professional. They were clean, by putting shoe covers on when owner enter my home. He answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge and did make recommendations. It has been since July and my AC is running beautifully when needed. He did warn me of my AC could potentially go out and to continue my home warranty service so I wouldnt have to bear the burden of the full costs when AC Unit goes out, so I took that warning and still am continuing my warranty services. I would definitely hire him again with or without my home warranty services. They arrived on time to complete the work order and everything was clean when finished.

The service turned out very well. The price of the big deal was good. There weren't any parts or anything, but the quality of his service was good. He was very good, personable, and nice.

They came very quickly. The wait wasn't long at all. They called me to set up the appointment, which was impressive. They were a bit high on price.

I had found Expo on Angies List. They had great reviews of customer service and work performed. I would like to add to the accolades this company has received. I travel a lot for work therefore I am very selective and loyal to the people I trust in my home with my family! I have had Jubran and his team out a few times for broke units and to do seasonal followups. His team always takes their shoes off at the door or if they are carrying replacement parts to the attic they put a tarp on the floor so they do not leave a mess. In the attic they clean the work area up and leave things in a better state than when they began. From the phone to in person you find the owner, Jubran, to be very respectful and kind which adds to the experience of using Expo HVAC. The last thing I liked was Jubran showed up toward the end of the jobs to inspect the work his team had done if he wasn't doing the work himself. I think that is great quality control!

He performed the inspection and the cleaning of the furnaces. He also checked our smoke detectors and suggested we purchase (from a home supply store) detection devices for carbon monoxide. He also notices that one of the furnaces is going to need a new ignitor in approximated 1 to 2 years.

On 1/22/14 , Peter from Peter's Plumbing arrived exactly on time with Jubran Twal from Expo Heating and Air Condition and 2 other workers. All were extremely pleasant and mindful of covering their shoes. While the Peter was doing his job and Mr. Twai and 2 others went to get the supplies needed. Under CHARGES, it says: Evaporater Coil Evaporter, 100 Cikk R22, They replaced dirty and rusty coil. Replaced the Primary Drain Line. Supply Plenum was replaced , hard pipe connected Replaced Emergency Drain pan and it was very rusty. Used 5 ton slab coil r22. Mr. Twai not only informed as to what was going on all the time, but would have me go up to the attic to SEE what was being done. They covered the stairs so as not to get dirty. They took all the dirty rusty stuff away, and my attic looks all clean, new and shiny. They were all very Professional and I would definitely use Expo Heating & Air Conditioning again, and also Peter's Plumbing. Both have A ratings on Angie's List. I am quite pleased and will recommend them should anyone need these services. A Big Thanks to Angie's List as well.

Furnace was not working and they came out the next day at my request. Fixed igniter within about 30-45 minutes and house was back to normal shortly thereafter. They applied my Angie's list big deal cost to the total cost of the repair and made sure everything else looked good. Great service. I would definitely recommend them to others based on my experience.

Mr Twal had determined that the heating element had gone out and needed to be replaced. Unaware that my unit was still under warranty, Mr Twal contacted the manufacturer and determined that my unit was indeed under warranty, which saved me alot. I had another company come to do a service call for the same problem first. And the tech that came out ,after going up to the attic and checking what was wrong with the unit, said the 3 1/2 ton unit was going to be replaced at a price of 2800.00!!! I got 3 quotes before I decided to have Mr. Twal, perform the necessary repair. Jubran is very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and honest young man. I will definitely be calling on him in the future and refer him to my friends and family...!

He came on time and was very professional. Did the job and made some recommendations as well. Would highly recommend their services. Also it was very easy to setup the appointment.

It turned out great and I'm very happy with them. I liked their promptness, thoroughness, and friendliness. They just did a good job and I was pleased with what they did. They didn't find any other problem and said everything was in great shape, so I didn't have to pay anything extra.

It worked out fine. They didn't charge more than the big deal purchase. It was an inspection and everything was okay. I would use them for an inspection and cleaning in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was terrific. They did a good job. They were very professional, very polite and very thorough.

Everything went great. He was professional and knowledgeable. He found a problem and took the time to "show me" exactly where it was and explained very thoroughly how it was a problem. He was honest and I felt I could trust his advice.

They did a fine job. There were two different systems that they had to check and they checked them all, they did what they were supposed to do, they made some recommendations and they kept in touch. I had a very positive response to the servicemen that came out and the work they did. The price was excellent.

The technician was prompt and professional. Cleaned up a small problem with our furnace that could have become a big one had he not caught it. Would undoubtedly use this company again if we have a problem with our furnace in the future.

He told me that we should put in a carbon-monoxide alarm in our bedroom because we are the only residents in the house. And that was his suggestion and he checked everything out and he is just a very nice man. He said everything was fine and he didn't do anything and he took off the covers and looked at everything including and looked at the filter and went around and he used his needle to test the air for different intake and output vent.
