I had a leak in my ceiling and called expo. The "Offsite" receptionist Juan was rude, and nothing on the site matched what he said. Site said 6am to 9 pm, but he said they were closed. It was 7pm. Site said 24hr service, he said nobody on duty, price of service call was double than on Angie's list site. I keep saying that the site was different than what he was telling me, but he said we updated the site already. I said I am looking at it right now, but he didn't care. I would not use this company, and called another company who fixed my a/c unit.

All went very well. Jubran knew his business well . I would use him in the future if a need arises.

Keeping A/C in top condition saves a lot of money on electric. Service rep did a bit of a hard sell on my replacing/getting a new unit since my unit is 8+years old, but compassion is still high an it should work for a few more years. He looked over entire system and found it was OK. Drain pans are usually full of dust and don't work, but to my knowledge my unit has never leaked into pan. I'm a bit of a skeptic so I like to watch over his shoulder. Kept his card since he seems such a good service rep and I will always take and honest man over one that let freon out so it can be replaced. Shows you the weight of tank before and then weight after refill. In summary I was pleased and will recommend them for service. Not sure on date.

They were very professional, friendly, and did a very good job explaining everything to us.

They did a good job and they were good people. They came on time and it is working good. The young man that they sent out, you could tell that he knew what he was talking about. He wore gloves, covered shoes and showed me everything that was wrong. He got my permission to fix it and I was very happy on how it was handled and how it was repaired. They came out quick.

ubran was fantastic !! The initial service purchased was for a 20 Point Air-Conditioning Tune-Up. He did the that service and reported to us several other things that needed attention. Since we purchased our home last July we hadn't had the A/C serviced to date. Last summer's electric bill was horrible. He did a complete service on our A/C Unit at a very reasonable rate. Since the service we have already seen a decrease in our electric bill. Thank you, Jubran for all you did, with only our best interest at heart !! Jubran came over to do the tune up and noticed our A/C was very loud. He was able to tell what work had been done previously on it right away (freon added, hot-start(?) kit installed), etc. I hadn't realized how loud it was. He said the compressor was on its last legs. I asked him for a quote and he quoted me a number of options and gave me a detailed overview of each option. Since I plan on being in the house for the foreseeable future I went with a really good Trane model. His price was reasonable and even better than what I had expected. His guys came out the next day and it went very smoothly. Everything was cleaned up nicely and the duct work in the attic was top notch. There is a noticeable difference in the cooling with this new unit. The house cools more quickly and I'm sure my neighbors are happy that the noise is gone.

He was very professional and informative. We have an older system that does not meet the current requirements and could be upgraded for a minimal fee.

It took more than two days for them contact me after I placed the order and when they did they could not accomidate any of my schedule request dates. What they were offering was too far in the future.

It turned out excellent. The supplier was very good. The whole process went very well. They came out right away after I contacted them. They were very prompt and gave me the estimate. As soon as I accepted the estimate, they were there to take care of the problem. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were very open and very straight forward about the whole process. They cleaned up after themselves and did the whole process very well. This was the first time I used them. We've not had any issues since the service was provided. They were there exactly when they said they would be there. I've saved their card. So if I ever had an issue I'd call them first.

It was good. He did a good job of explaining how our house was cooling. He was very thorough.

Everything went really well. The technician was on time for the appointment, and he was very respectful of my home. He always wore the foot booties when he entered the home as not to track dirt in from the inside. As a courtesy, he also changed my media filter in the attic. Luckily, I had an extra one in the garage. He also explained that the old one was installed incorrectly and proceeded to explain to me how to install it the next time. He also showed me what he found with the outside unit (compressor) and explained why it was making a loud noise. He didn't try to pressure me into buying anything, but I did ask him to write me an estimate for some things. He was a complete gentleman and tried to explain a very technical subject in terms that I could understand. I really appreciated that. I also liked the fact that the estimate is done eletronically and sent to my e-mail. A lot of companies are using these now, and I think it's more efficient. Needless to say, I would definitely consider using Expo in the future and would refer them to friends and family. The price I paid for the Big Deal was very reasonable for the service I received. The quality of the service was a bonus. Unfortunately, I was only able to purchase one Big Deal. Otherwise, I would have purchased several for my family.

Expo Heating and Cooling was on time. The service technician was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and pointed out an electrical problem with the wiring to my compressor that I needed to be addressed by an electrician. Overall, I was pleased with the service call.

Finding a competent, honest a/c repair service in Houston is like swimming with sharks. I'm so glad that I've found a great company that I can depend on in the future

Jubran was great. He explained the state of the A/C unit and the condition of various parts. He made recommendations for preventative maintenance and gave options if we want to replace the unit. Immediately after his visit, I received an email with PDF attachment describing the work done, details of the system, maintenance recommendations, etc. It's nice to have this info electronically. I'll definitely use Expo again.

Jubran came out the day after I called to make sure there wouldn't be any unexpected work or charges. He spent time explaining the difference between the 13 and 16 seer units. Freddy and his son were on time on the day of the installation. They were polite and covered the stairs with tarps. Jubran came out while they were finishing up to make sure everything was working properly. He followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with the new unit.

The service was excellent. Workers were on time, friendly, expert installers and cleaned up the mess! I would definitely chose Expo again!

Employees were very professional and courteous. They were punctual and worked continuously to get the job done. They used drop cloths throughout my house to keep the dirt and trash off my floors and were careful to clean up after themselves. The owner was here checking on their work and giving me information about the product. The owner gave me a follow-up call to see if everything was working properly and if I had any questions. I will certainly use this company in the future and highly recommend their services.

It worked out fine and the service was good. They just kind of glanced on the heater but they basically checked on the air conditioner. They were really nice and polite. I got a quote from them on the heater but I have not called them back. I had a very nice interaction with them. I did not spend more than the price of the big deal unless I decide to go with them on a new furnace. They came out to do the service a week and half or two weeks after I purchased the deal but we agreed on that because it was raining and it was cold on the day that we had setup so we both canceled out and just went for the following week. Everything was great with the service but I am not 100% sure on how to grade their price because I have not had time to compare it with the pricing of a couple more air conditioning people. I would mostly likely use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon - A/C Tune up, Inspection with a Condenser Wash for $49. I had been told by a previous company that the evaporator coil was dirty, so I asked Expo Heating & Cooling to clean that, too, because they quoted me a better price ($159) than the other company. Jubran and his assistant came out to take care of my AC. They were professional and efficient and got right to work, cleaning the evaporator coil before doing a check on the rest of the unit. They didn't try to sell me ANYTHING - not even an annual inspection contract of some sort. It's so refreshing to have a company come out without trying to convince me that something dire will happen if I don't purchase their services. What's more, Jubran found that a wire was not attached correctly and fixed it (without charging me extra). Their lack of sales pitches make me want to stick with them as a customer. I highly recommend this company.

The gentleman that came was very informative and did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting our A/C units. We bought their special deal from Angie's List and it was well worth the money. He found that both units were low on freeon and topped them off. We discussed adding air cleaners to our furnaces in the attic. I would highly recommend Expo Heating and Cooling. We will have them back in the fall to do our furnace checks.
