The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and efficient. He provided me with great information about the condition of my air conditioner (I just purchased the house), how long it should last, and what I can do to extend the life of the air conditioner. He was great!

Fantastic service. Sean was our tech and provided a complete review of our AC unit, attic ducts and hardware and even added the small amount of needed freon at no charge as it was included in the package we purchased! Very thorough and informative. We'll use Expo for any of our heating or cooling needs in the future, exclusively. Use these guys!

Well when they hooked all their fancy computer gauges up they couldn't find out why he high pressure side was that high and the low was as low as it was. Walked around scratching heads and comparing number from calling people and still said I don't know what your problem is with you AC maybe bad coils inside. Said my outside was under warranty (they think) and they would call the manuf. and let me know the details in a day or two. Never heard from them but they gave me a larger bill than normal advertised, and didn't fix the problem. They also gave me a crazy quote for $6500 to replace my perfectly fine strong (young ) Trane unit. Why do I say it was perfectly fine? Had a second opinion come out with plain gauges and the look of a real tradesman, hook up gauges and say well your expansion valve is plugged that's all. I will order one and have it in a day or two. Well ac is running better than ever now from an AC company willing to fix it instead of replace it. Oh and the cost was just a few hundred bucks. I think EXPO is in the selling of freon business and are not really fully skilled yet in true HVAC diagnosis and problems.

Expo squeezed us in on a tight schedule so that we could provide doc to buyers of a house we are closing on this week. They were very accommodating and professional. Initially had wrong service address on ticket, but that was corrected later (probably due to the address we show on Angies List, but was not for that house).

We had used Expo for our annual a/c maintenance this year in April. Was impressed then because we knew and they confirmed that one of the units was in bad shape. Used Expo then because of the good reviews on Angie's List and am so glad that we had used them, because being an existing customer was very helpful with the crisis of a completely failed unit. Expo came out the same day we called to check it out and replaced the unit the next day even though the job was a city permit 8 hr installation in our 4-story house. Very pleased with all aspects of their diagnosis and service.

Our AC wasn't working and he came out the same afternoon to get us up and running again. We picked the 59.95 special for a service call and he found a melted wire in the unit and repaired it for us. Extremely helpful, fair and understanding of our predicament. He recommended an improvement to our system that would help extend the life of the units, but wasn't pushy about it. Very fair and would definitely use him for every heating/AC need if we weren't moving. We also got quotes for a nitrogen leak check and Expo's price was 2/3 the cost of "the other guys" that we have used. Very satisfied.

Employee began inspection but cam across a utility company installed electrical control component new to him, so immediately the company owner came to inspect, identify and explain this unusual module, and assisted in balance of inspection as well.

They were in uniform, they were real polite to my wife, and she was telling me to let them put the new unit, and I would have, but another company had put the old units. We would definitely use them in the future. They were very good.

Deal was for $150.00 for $500.00 of Insulation. When the service provider contacted me he informed me that it was only good on a $2,000.00 job. I do not need that much done so he told me I should request a refund from Angie's List.

These folks are very professional, conscientious, on time and courteous. Everything they found was shown to me and explained to me. They provided me with 3 options to remedy the problem. Once I chose one, they worked with the manufacturer to get the warrantied coils. They came back and installed both coils in less time than estimated as well as the additional code items. The tech that did the original report came back to check on the installation and measure the cooling. The took care to cover their shoes every time they came in the house. they ensured everything was working and cleaned up before they left. From talking to others w similar problems, these folks may not be the cheapest, but they certainly are thorough and professional.
