It went really well, they did a great job.

I have a very old / complicated AC system. The tech diagnosed the problem, presented me with several options and then did the repairs.

I was satisfied with the service and they recommended some things I could do to take care of some issues with my A/C unit. They were very timely and I would use them again.

Very good experience. We had a coupon which was actually only good for one unit, so we were able to purchase an inspection for our second unit at the same price. The technician was prompt, friendly and professional.

The gentleman who showed up was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. This is NOT a criticism at all, and it may turn out to be the case, but the technician did want me to replace the entire air con. system and upgrade the Freon.. Great idea !! But necessary ? I am not sure yet.. This guy may very well be correct. I had a second opinion, and the next guy was the opposite ( but he was linked to a completely worthless home buyers ""warranty", so his goal could be argued was the complete opposite.. He off course told me the air con.. system was OK, and he did clean the evaporator coils ( they were obviously very fouled, the first guy never even looked) and I paid for that. (( this guy's company may not be on Angie's list, i have not checked,) So now I don't know who to believe ( do I really need a new air con. system or not ?!) as I feel like I still don''t have a truly objective, non-biased opinion. I do have respect for both of the guys who showed up, they work hard under difficult conditions and were very respectable, Thanks.

Jubran is exceptional.. He arrived quickly and educated me on the unit and what he repaired...extremely thorough and fully satisfied. Professionalism at its finest. Will definitely use their services in the future.

He was running early and called first to see if he could come early . Checked the heater , made sure the blower was working , said thing were working fine .

Our upstairs AC unit broke during the heat of the summer. We found Jubran on Angieslist and he was very responsive. He gave us several options in order to get things working again, including his recommendation of replaceing the entire unit. I did my research and found that this recommendation was the best option for us. When the unit was not available from the local distributor, he made temporary repairs at no cost that helped to keep the house relatively cool until the unit arrived a few days later. He did the work as promised, with high quality materials and in a timely manner. He is now our regular HVAC guy.

Service was prompt and a full a/c inspection done. Very knowledgeable and he found we had no problems. Will definitely use in the future.

Scheduling was very strange. The person responding via email used poor English and the composition of each email was very unprofessional. They did work with us to reschedule after a strange misunderstanding when they were first to come out. The second time they came out, the man flat out lied about what happened when he was there the first time, saying the person who answered the door basically told him to get off our property... definitely did not happen. He was very pleasant and quick with his work, though he seemed like he just did the bare minimum and didn't have much to report. I'm not really confident that he did what he was supposed to, or that the servicing was really worth the time and effort it took to make it happen. At least he didn't try to sell me on future services. All in all, you get what you pay for! And I'm happy to say he found nothing wrong with our A/C!

They were thorough in their assessments. They were professional.

Technician arrived on time. He went to the back yard to check the condenser before going to the attic to check evaporator coil primary and secondary drain lines and drain pan. He checked the air filter and air ducts. Freon levels were good so I didn't need any more. I was very happy with his service and I will call him again.

Shawn came on time;he wore shoe covers to come inside. He took his time and checked the unit in the backyard and then the attic;he explained everything and answered all my questions. I certainly will use them again

Tech showed up on time and preformed services great. I really appreciate the promptness and plan on using Expo's services in the future. TT

Sean was awesome, efficient, professional. I trusted his recommendations completely. We'll call Expo again, if we need service.

It went great. I didn't pay anything extra. He was good. He couldn't service one of our AC's because it's Japanese-made. He didn't have the tool. He was on time and he knew what he was talking about. If I didn't have an AC person, I would call him back.
