The service went very well. I am a repeat purchaser in that I had purchased an AC check-up earlier in the year. I was very pleased with the technicians and how they explained things. I also liked that they didn't push too hard to sell us something we didn't really need but gently explained those items that we would need in the future. Great service, and I would hire again.

They don't do any work on condos. They were at least friendly and professional.

He was on time, and said everything on the furnace looked good. Nothing else was needed. I will have them inspect my air conditioner in the spring, like they did last year. I always use Expo spring and fall.

Routine inspection, acted professionally during the entire inspection. Described what they were looking for as they did the inspection.

Bought big deal for AC inspection. Seemed thorough enough. I really don't know much about HVAC, so its hard to say. Inspection led to the discovery of a non functioning hard start kit. Replaced the hard start kit for $250 but only took 20 minutes to do the job. I probably should have got some other bids because for the time it took, that seems expensive. But again...I don't know much about HVAC.

Jubran and his crew did a great job from the start to finish. He takes great pride in his work and his company. His crew arrived in the morning as stated and finished the work as planned the same evening. After inspection, there was only 1 minor issue that needed to be fixed, and Jubran sent one of his workers right away to have this issue fixed. Jubran also does a great job in following up on the work done with phone calls. I plan on using his company in the future for other heating and a/c work.

They showed up, were a nice company and knew what they were talking about. However, they tried to upsell me, so I contacted Angie's List for a refund.

It worked out very well. They were punctual, on time and very friendly. It was an enjoyable experience and I would use them again if needed.

I thought the deal included the AC system but it does not. He was very nice and understood the misunderstanding.

Expo was the second company I called in regards to this loud noise we were hearing from the compressor after the air handler would stop. This technician checked both the compressor and air handler and felt everything was working fine. However, after about an hour he noticed high pressure building on the compressor. The compressor began to make a loud noise and then shut off abruptly with a hissing sound (safety release value). The technician made several calls to his boss and RUUD. Based on what he observed and the information he received from RUUD, Expo recommended we replace the compressor ($,$$$s). He sent us 3 hardware/pricing options. Expo did not charge for the service....yet. I called two other technicians....only the last technician I called (Air Tech) identified the real problem....a faulty contactor on the heat pump compressor. It was overheating and sticking....thus preventing the compressor from shutting off after receiving a signal. Although Expo's recommendation to replace the compressor would have ultimately fixed the problem, it would have cost us thousands of dollars instead of a couple hundred!!! Ouch! Note: My RUUD 4 ton compressor is only 8 years old.

They guys that came out, could've done better.
