Service repairman was not informative at all. I had to call the office a few times to see if the service call was done. Chris, the manager, was great; however, when the service was suppose to be done on Friday, it wasn't and I was not notified. Overall I give Chris an A+, but the service repairman C-.

The 24/7 call representative greeted me with a kind response. She took my info and then called the technician, Garrett. Received call within 30 mins. Although unable to assist because of unique situation with condo building, he offered recommendations of how to find services, even calling back a second time after conferring with another contact. Truly impressed with the level of courtesy, professionalism, and care. Will definitely keep in mind for future service opportunity at other property and recommendation to friends.

Ronnie Rains came out and spent a great deal of time with me carefully explaining things and doing a full heat load test. I had met with multiple other companies for bids, so by the time I met with Ronnie, I had a pretty good handle on what I needed and why. I still managed to learn many useful things from Ronnie, and though his quote was on the higher end of the ones I got (they ranged from $5000-$12000 - his being $10,000...but all comparable systems between $10-12k), I thoroughly trusted Expert Airs' guarantees and knew from the pictures of previous projects and excellent company reviews on all sites, plus their willingness to provide me with copies of their license, liability insurance, and owner-signed personal guarantee letter over and above everything else in writing, that I was getting involved with a good, honest company. I got a 12 year parts AND labor warranty, plus a one year "test drive" warranty that guarantees my 100% satisfaction. Ronnie came and spent the day yesterday with his crew and the install was superb. They went above and beyond for me, even replacing some damp plywood decking and buying a cover to patch the hole in the wall left behind from moving the old thermostat. After one day with the unit, I'm thoroughly impressed. I plan to post a review again in a few months (if I can remember), but if you don't hear from me - you'll know it's still going good. Honestly, give these guys a call. Compare them to four or five other companies you call out. You'll see the difference right away!

Do not use this company. They don't show up and then they claim it was a misunderstanding. Air conditioning problems in HOUSTON IN JULY! Trust me - I did not misunderstand. Then when you try and make an appointment, someone is supposed to call you back but doesn't. Then when you call again, after leaving you on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, they advise you the service manager will be back shortly and he will check when they can come out. What kind of company is that? Can't get a reschedule appointment - someone is supposed to call me back? Fat chance that was going to happen! Can't believe they have been in business this long if that is the way they treat new customers! Bad sign from the get go. I wasted my time waiting the appointment and then again waiting on them to arrive for the appointment. In the meantime, I could have found someone else to come do the work. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation - call someone else!

It was excellent! I was satisfied. They were very easy to work with, very professional, and very responsive.

Everything went great and I am very satisfied. Thy day I called they delivered some window units to my home that I could use until they installed a new compessor for me. They are very good. I would highly recommend them.

I called April Air to conduct my annual inspection and check an AC unit I had installed by another Heating and Air Conditioning contractor last year. I suspected some inssues with the AC installation and wanted a second opinion regarding the installation. In addition to routine cleaning and service, the technician found four ducts that were cut by the pervious installers and some other items that were not installed properly. The ducts, which were leaking air into my attic, were promptly repaired. I would recommend April Air to service your AC unit.

They were neat, clean and considerate. They even were ok with us having dogs. They were very professional and quick. They didn't take a long time. The best part was that our electric bill was cut more than in half after this service was completed!
