My pool has been green for weeks, while being serviced by Executive Pool & Spa. In preparation for my son’s birthday pool party, I sent them multiple requests to look into the problem, to no avail. I finally went to Leslie’s, who helped me come up with a plan to clear it up. I emailed the company (because they refuse to pick up phone calls or return voicemails) to ask them not to add any additional chemicals to my pool. They confirmed receipt of my email and still added chemicals, worsening the problem. This is an awful company to work with. They are terrible at communicating and do a poor job of pool maintenance.

I saw a pool employee from this company at my neighbor's house so I inquired about a problem with my pool heater and spa light. The company inspected and then provided a prompt estimate of costs. I agreed and scheduled the work. They came out the next day and performed the work. When I arrived home from work I found a service tag on my garage stating all work was complete and good to go. When I went into the backyard, the first thing I found was that the employee left the trash from the spa light install next to the spa for me to clean up. I then tested the heater and it fired up for about 5 minutes and then shut off with the same error I had before they came over. I emailed the owner that had sent me the estimate previously and thanked him for the prompt service although the heater was not fixed. The owner emailed back and stated he would send the tech back out to the house to determine the issue. They came the next day and stated that my primary filter was too dirty and pressure was building up preventing the heater to run. I then agreed to have them take apart the filter, clean it, and replace some seals. I came home and once again found the service tag stating that all work was complete. I tested the heater and the exact same thing happened after 5 minutes. I again emailed the owner (this company never answers the phone) and asked him to call me. After not receiving a phone call, I sent another email explaining that I was upset about the service. The owner did not call me but replied to the email defending his company and his employee. At no time did he have any care as to the disservice I was receiving. He wanted to send the tech back out but I told him I do not want his company performing any more work for me. I called another company in The Woodlands that I was familiar with. Them came out the next day and fixed everything for good. I would stay far away from this company. The seem to have decent pricing but you will get sucked in for more and they are impossible to deal with. Do yourself a favor and get it done right the first time with a reputable company.

We used them for a couple of years and were not very happy. They would come and leave a note but the pool never seemed to be clean. When we would call they would have an excuse, many times the weather or that some other thing needed to be done which would mean paying them more money. Then we found out they were coming without even going in the back yard but just stopping by to put the paper on the door that says they were there and serviced the pool. They were doing nothing but charging us for the service they did not give.
Description of Work: We hired this company to come each week and service the pool. The price was somewhat higher than others in our area.

When a problem occurs or something additional needs to be done to the pool they will either notify us in person or send us a letter. They will always give an estimate of cost of what needs to be done differently and usually it never varies. These are good, trustworthy people and I would refer them highly for anyone's pool maintenance.
Description of Work: We use this company for our weekly standard pool service needs. They charge a monthly fee for the services, which I found to be very reasonable for our average sized pool.
