ELITE TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

My experience with Elite Termite and Pest Control was outstanding. I had seen sawdust, dirt , etc under a window along our baseboard. I was afraid we had termites. I called on Friday at the end of the day, and Raul Gutierrez, the owner set up an appointment to meet me the next day. He was prompt, helpful, and had excellent knowledge. I showed him where I thought the termites might be, and he looked and said, I think these are ants. He went to the outside of the building and found a trail of ants entering our building through a weep hole in the brick. He would have been happy to treat the ants, but he also said I could treat the area myself. He did not charge me for the trip or the advice. I asked Raul about his company, and he said he and his wife have owned the business for 20 years. There is no doubt that in the future, we will call Elite Termite and Pest Control when the scope of work is beyond our ability. Raul truly is a a man of integrity. He could have easily traded our building for termites, and I would have never known. Look no further for a termite and pest control company! I give Elite Termite and Pest Control my highest recommendation!

The company I was using wanted $2500 for the treatment. So I called around and I talked to three other companies who gave me within $15 or $20 of the same price. Three other companies were right around $850. One of them does big tree work so I selected him because I had a giant tree that had worms. When they came out here they killed things at my house. The owner of the company is the one who comes out and sprays. He really knew his stuff. My interaction with him was fantastic. The work he did turned out perfect, I could not have been happier.

Excellent Service, Pet Friendly, and Best Prices around! Elite Pest Control sprays outside (around my house) and inside my house each quarter. Their service is very effective and the inside spray does not hurt my cats (which was one of my biggest concerns). They seem to strive to be very transparent with their services - The form they fill out each time they spray tells me the pesticide used and the pests that were targeted with the spray. They have their License number on the form and the department that regulates the license. They always ask me if I've had any specific problems. Occasionally, we see ants or sliverfish in certain areas of the house, and Elite Pest Control pays special attention to spraying those areas. If pests return before my next service, they will always come back and spray again at no charge. In all the years I have used them, I had to have them come back to spray again (for ants) one time. They will also knock down any wasps nests, which is really nice. If you can combine your quarterly service with another service, they will lower their already low prices even more. For example, I combined a quarterly service with a mosquito spray (for the garage and outside of house). Since they didn't have to make an extra trip to my house, they lowered the price of the mosquito spraying. Also, living in Houston, it's pretty much impossible to get rid of mosquitoes in your yard. However, Elite Pest Control has a 60 Day guarantee for mosquitoes. So, if it rains shortly after they spray or the mosquito problem persists, they will come back and spray again at no charge. I had to use this guarantee the last time I had a mosquito problem, and it significantly decreased the mosquitoes in my yard. Since Elite Pest Control is a small company, they are very flexible, polite to their customers, and give you an accurate time when they will be at your house. If they are ever late because of traffic, etc. (which is not often), they actually call you and tell you they will be a few minutes late. Who else does that! Before Elite Pest Control, I was with one of the big pest control companies. There is just no comparison in the area of Customer Service. Not only is Elite Pest Control's customer service light years beyond the large companies, their prices are lower, too! I just wish I had found them sooner. Obviously, I highly recommend Elite Termite & Pest Control!
