+ -1 moreI opened an account on June 16, 2017 and scheduled my first visit. The company sent me an email confirming a Saturday June 17th afternoon appointment; I spent the whole day waiting for a No Show. I sent a cancellation notice for my account by email on June 17th; after several calls trying to convince me this was a computer error they refunded the initial charge but are not responding about the ongoing $49 monthly charge and have not removed it from credit card after 11 days.

+ -1 moreHe was nothing short from amazing. They have left the clearing around the house alone and it looks great. I really can't say enough about how great of a job they did. It's been about two weeks and I can really notice a difference in the amount of mosquitoes. I really trust this company. They really seem to know what they are talking about. The technician was very knowledgeable. Without any prompting used the same terminology I had come across in my copious amounts of research.
Description of Work: They did an interior treatment for my home for pest control. I live on about 41 acres of trees and brush and they did a smoke mosquito control and it was great. Update: They have now also come to my home to help with the crazy ants in my yard. They established a perimeter around my house to help keep them from coming into my home. So, far so good. We will see.
