Eldridge was very easy to work with. I had hail damage to my roof and they were timely and professional. Brandon Holland was very responsive and even helped navigate dealing with the insurance company. Would definitely recommend.

Great. Garry was easy to work with. He provided outstanding information and follow up. His quote and scope of work and product that he would deliver was excellent. He routinely followed up while I was waiting for other company quotes. He worked with the original provider of the defective shingles to ensure I was getting the right information from them. You should include Eldridge Roofs to Floors Inc if you have home repair to be done.

This guys were awesome from the beginning. Brandon was really good about explaining the whole process. Very easy to talk to. and very responsive to any concerns we had. Job was performed quickly and without a hitch. I got quotes from over 10 roofing companies, Imho Eldridge offered the Best value for my money. Extremely Satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eldridge Roofing & Restoration is a class act. They had a Project Manager come to my home and thoroughly go through the process, timing and materials that they use as well as leaving me with an entire packet of samples and all of their certifications. We set up a time and the work started promptly and early the morning it was scheduled to begin, The materials they use are top of the line and they have more certifications than I can count. They finished the work on the roof the next day earlier than expected. We then scheduled the interior work and I had the project manager checking on the work along the way to promptly address any concerns if any arose, as well as having 2 post work inspections done after the work was completed. They are just a class act in every sense of the phrase. For example, I called the project manager with a question about a pipe in the attic, It was just had a simple question and without even asking to have someone come out in person, I received a call the same day to see when I would be available to have someone come out an do an inspection in person. That to me is very rare in this day and age. I have worked with many contractors and businesses with different houses over the years and Eldridge Roofing is by far one of the best Companies that I have had the pleasure to do business with. I would recommend that if you have any roofing or restoration needs that you call them first. I will recommend them to my family, friends or anyone who has any roofing or restoration needs that they can address. All the employees at Eldridge were professional and courteous. From the workers to the office staff. Shannon explained every question I threw at him (thanks for your patience) without hesitation. The roof crew cleaned up when they were finished, and left my property as clean as when they started.

Brandon and Treyce were extremely helpful in spotting problems with our roof (I don't go up there myself!) and helping us sort through the myriad of choices. The work was performed on time and very professionally. We are completely satisfied with our new roof.
