+ -1 moreVery professional from the sales process through job completion. Is proud of their product and service and their installation team. You can imagine the number of roof installations in our area after substantial hail damage in the late spring and early summer. All roofing contractors have been backlogged for weeks, so we saw a number of different roof contractors and their work in our neighborhood before our replacement project started. Mikee Eldridge kept us informed by the week when our instal was likely to start, dropped the shingles on a Friday, began promptly on Monday morning, started early, worked late and pulled out completed, cleaned up and finished at noon on Tuesday, a day and a half! Teamwork, hustle and friendly is the key to this company. Roof was completely hand nailed, no pneumatic guns, in the hottest July weather in a while here in Cypress (Houston). They are proud of their Certified GAF status and did everything in my estimation to protect their reputation with a customer. We had bids from other contractors but went with an independent adjusters recommendation (not ours) that used them personally in our subdivision and with the certified status of this contractor.
Description of Work: Replaced approx 50 squares of roofing shingles in a day and a half.

I elected to upgrade the roofing components and they filed the warrantee paperwork for me.
