Eric H came to service my heating unit. Outstanding young man. Very polite and helpful. I absolutely love this company, Douglas mechanical.

Tried to way overcharge me.

Terrible. Beware dont use this company. They will over charge you and when they return to check on something that they repaired under a week ago. You will pay a 85.00 dollar fee. Beware. They will try to sell you a new unit for 12k also.

The field technicians have always been very respectful of our home/property and are very professional. They are competent and provide you a detailed report of the equipment status. Very open and honest. Exceptional company at all levels.

Douglas Mechanical Inc. stands head and shoulders above the Competition In this day and age, when contractors don't show up, are late, or don't communicate. We initially met with Dave Dallas who was honest, consultative, conscientious, and informative. We chose Douglas Mechanical because of him. It was a great decision. Douglas Mechanical Inc. technicians were on time & did a fantastic job of installing our new furnace. Dave Dallas followed up the day after the installation was completed to see how things went. Douglas Mechanical Inc. also sent a technician out to Inspect the completed job the following week to ensure everything was connected and working properly. On top of that Dave Dallas sent us a personal handwritten "Thank You" card a week after the installation. I have been in and sales for over 50 years, & this company Is an example of how business should be done. I would highly recommend Douglas Mechanical Inc. to friends, family, or anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement.

I have been a Douglas client for 30 plus years. Alway dependable, prompt and reasonable in price. My 3 air units were 17 yrs old when they started to fail last week. John, my service rep, came immediately and diagnosed the problem as a failed compressor. Due to the age, Douglas ability to respond next day and reasonable price I had all 3 units replaced. All 3 units were installed in a day. As always, I am totally satisfied. I highly recommend giving Douglas Mechanical consideration. P.S. Douglas also provides a water heater service for their clients. My water heaters were also 17 yrs old and not performing properly. So I had them replace my 2 water heaters, the next day.

Of course our 18 year old AC unit decided to completely fail when the temp is over 100° outside. I called Douglas Mechanical and they sent Aaron out to diagnose. He did a thorough investigation & confirmed our suspicion - we needed a new unit! He gave us a few recommendations on what needed to be replaced (compressor, coils, and a few other pieces) & we decided to just do the whole thing at once! He sent Billy to our home to talk about our options, financing & scheduling. Billy came to our house same day and got our order in for the very next day! Billy was very knowledgeable on all the options, kept our budget in mind (we were pleasantly surprised to stay WAY under budget). Carlos & his crew arrived on time the next morning & they were complete before lunch time! My house is cooler than ever! We had been dreading this entire process but I am SO impressed with how it all went. I wish we wouldâ ve handled this sooner! Thank you Aaron, Billy & Carlos! From start to finish, everyone at Douglas Mechanical has been great!

The job was fine, but the evaporator coil always drains to the overflow open instead of to the drain pipe. When I asked them to take a second look, the technician simply said that's the way it's designed. I have two AC units... The unit not installed by Douglas does drain to the drain pipe and not the overflow pan.

Poor customer experience.

Dennis did a great job checking my A/C system which was an annual check. He explained things very well and provided an estimate on a future addition to my system.

Ron Dixon their estimator is one of the most knowledgeable reps I have ever met. He understood what I need gave me suggestions on improvement to the over all system. They werenâ t the cheapest but by far the best. The installation crew got the job done replacing my air handler system and revised my ductwork to improve/replace the original system In one day. He is an ex Marine and I always try to support Companies that hie Veterans

1. Showed up when they said they would. 2. Provided clear direction on what the problem was along with what they checked and didnâ t find issue with. 3. Transparent about options and potential risk so I was able to make an educated decision on what repairs I needed to make. 4. Prices were appropriate for the work being done and the expertise provided. In fact, it was 1/3 of the first quote I received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY¦!!!!! 28k dollars for (2) new Trane systems. New air ducts upstairs. New vents. New everything except air ducts downstairs due to the subfloor. Half-install - they attached new ducts to my old ducts and left all old registers in place. When I called them out the owners wanted to argue about their installation. They sent a technician out to my house (without an appointment) to caulk the registers and my sheetrock. I kicked the technicians off my property. They were supposed to send Trane Specialist to my house to look at the installation. Before Trane got here they sent 2 techs to redo the install before Trane saw what they had done. Supposed to have 2 maintenance checks per year and I have yet to get one of those.
