+ -1 moreI ASKED THEM TO COME OUT TO MOVE A SPRINKLER HEAD, REPLACE A BROKEN HEAD, CHECK FOR OTHER BROKEN HEADS, & CHECK THE RAIN SENSOR. WHEN CLARK WEBB, THE OWNER, ARRIVED AT MY PROPERTY HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME & WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. HE SAID HE HAD TO PICK UP A PART FOR ANOTHER JOB BEFORE THEY CLOSED. HE BILLED ME FOR AN HOUR BUT WAS ONLY HERE FOR 43 MINUTES & HE WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO LEAVE. HE DID NOT MOVE THE SPRINKLER HEAD NOR CHECK MY RAIN SENSOR. INSTEAD HE TOLD ME THAT MY IRRIGATION DESIGN NEEDED MAJOR WORK. MY HOUSE WAS ONLY BUILT A YEAR & A HALF AGO! I DID NOT ASK FOR AN EVALUATION OF MY IRRIGATION DESIGN. A SPRINKLER ZONE WORKING THE NIGHT BEFORE, SUSPICIOUSLY QUIT WORKING WHILE HE WAS HERE. HE SAID HE WOULD COME BACK ON FRIDAY TO REPAIR IT AT MY EXPENSE. I TOLD THEM NOT TO COME BACK & MY ZONE STARTED WORKING ON ITS OWN ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
Description of Work: REPLACED TWO SPRINKLER HEADS.
