Delta Locksmith Spring

Called and requested service around 9:30 AM. Dispatcher indicated we would receive a call from a technician within 10 minutes...took 30 minutes and was told technician would be at home within an hour. While waiting we received a call from second technician, told him first technician was already on the way. So second technician moved on to his next assignment. First technician called us 1 1/2 hours later asking where we were...he had been dispatched to the wrong address...gave him correct address and he indicated he was heading our way but would take some time. We waited and waited then called the dispatcher who told us no one was coming, that first technician said we told him second technician was on his way so he would not be coming. None of this was true...we had been waiting for first technician since mid morning. Asked the dispatcher if he could still get someone out and due to the confusion would he give us some form of a discount for all of the confusion. He indicated he would not. I told him the only reason I contacted him was the recommendation on Angie's list. Again I asked if he was open to some form of discount due to their inability to get someone to my home in a reasonable time. I even told him I was going to report my experience on Angie's list good or bad. Still nothing, so at that point I closed the book on Delta and moved on having wasted almost a complete Saturday. An opportunity to show good customer service was wasted not once but twice. In the end I contacted Dawson's Key and Locks in the Woodlands and had the service completed in less than 2 hours for 1/4 the price that Delta estimated to me over the phone.

Not much to tell. He showed up at appointed time, did his job and left.

Two locks were broken and needed to be replaced. The work was done in an efficient, professional manner. His estimate of the work was correct on the final bill and he accepted my credit card in payment. Overall, the experience was excellent and will recommend their service again.
