+ -1 moreWhile he couldn't repair the computer, he was able to get all of our information from the all-in-one (and another old computer that had stopped working) and load everything on a new computer. We were very happy with the service that we received! He explained everything that he was going to and did...and answered all our questions and concerns.
Description of Work: My all-in-one computer wouldn't turn on after a lighting bolt struck near our home. After we tried a new power cable, we contacted several companies to assist but landed with this one and were very happy that we did.

Description of Work: I've used this service for many years. Always professional and reasonably priced. This time the windows operating system crashed. PC wouldn't work.

+ -1 moreJackson is an Apple expert. His professional attitude; his attention to detail; his perfectionist approach, and his continuous communication and updates are magnificent. He is a consummate professional in addition to being highly skilled at what he does. I am so pleased with the work he did on my MacBook Air computer screen. He did my repairs cheaper and faster than the proprietary vendor would have. I will refer Jackson and The Computer Fixer to all my friends in the future. And, John is a wonderful fellow to converse with and based on what I could tell have a great relationship with his customers. You rarely encounter this level on customer friendly service anywhere these days. Kudos to Jackson and The Computer Fixer folks.
