COLORFUL ENVIRONMENTS

Description of Work: Did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. In our experience with other landscaping companies, this is fairly rare. Quality of work is better than average. We've engaged them for periodic seasonal landscaping and ongoing maintenance of beds, hedging and tree care.

Description of Work: Nothing positive to say about this company. I was given a quote to have some existing rock moved to fill in around my pool equipment area and some basic landscaping in the backyard. Brian was extremely unprofessional and talked about everything in his personal life when he came over to bid on the work. After we agreed on the price and timing of the work to be completed, he did not show up on several occasions to do the work he quoted. 2 months later I made one more attempt to see if he was going to honor his proposal and do at least part of the job, which was to move the rock. He finally showed up with his crew and did move the rock; however he never said he was finished and took/stole our extra rock, which we intended to keep for our future projects. It was obvious that he lightly filled the rock around our pool area and kept the rest for his other projects. We notified him of his error when he decided to get paid for his work. He insisted we knew he was going to take the rock and we needed to pay him. Although I have plenty of choice words for this individual, I will leave it alone, pay him for the work and hope others learn from our horrible experience. Make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing and confirm the work before he leaves your property. I would not recommend this company, especially when there are so many good and honest companies out there.
