flooring contractor, hardwood floor
 + 0 moreI went in and chose materials, they came out and measured. I then got a call the next week with a quote. The price seemed higher than expected so I asked him to send me an email with the written quote in detail. He said he would and I never heard back. I called twice to remind him and he never responded. They lost out on a sale for 3,000 sqft of wood flooring all because I had to keep chasing the salesman to respond.
