Description of Work: We had an infestation of rats up in our attic and Brent is treating them with the guidelines of the CDC. And as far as the price I am sure that it is in accordance with all the other pest control companies I was just a little shocked at how much it cost to get rid of rats. And I know it's not just to get rid of him but to also keep them at bay by laying out traps for them in the future. Brent does a thorough job of explaining what you will be doing and also provides pictures to show you exactly what he will be doing I think that is great

I had about as good an experience as you can have in this situation. The guy was on time, assessed the problem and took efficient, appropriate action to take care of the fleas. He explained what to do afterwards including what to do about pets. The price seemed reasonable.

Description of Work: Came by to spray yard, home & barn for insects mainly spiders. I called beforehand to let them know I also have wasp problems. When he got here he said no one told him & he was already overbooked for the day & would not be able to treat for wasp. He said someone would contact me in a couple weeks to schedule for wasp. No one called, but didn't matter because I would not have hired them for the job.I have less than 2000sq ft home on two acres plus the barn. He was here less than an hour. Never seen one dead bug two weeks into it. Still have spiders, many spiders. I ended up going buy foggers and killed them myself. He was a very nice man, on time. However if I wanted water sprayed I could have used my hose. I would not recommend.

Communicated and arranged the service via Angie's List. Technician was on time, professional and thorough. The hornets had been a reoccurring problem for us, and so far one month after treatment, we've only seen one hornet show up. Very professional service, technician took his time, also explained to my wife the limits of what could be done and gave professional advice for us to help to control problems ourselves. Would highly recommend.

Since having Champions Pest Control we have not had any signs of bugs. The technician is always very professional and friendly and always asks if we have any problems. We use the Guardian Plan with no spraying inside the home, with only gels and baits in places such as under the sink and behind electrical outlets. We have had no issues for allergies and our dog does not react to the treatments. Highly recommend Champions Pest Control to our friends.

They always send me a reminder card in the mail and I set up the appointment over the phone and pay at the same time. They are very punctual and do a great job. Free call backs for resprays any time that you see a pest in between regular sprayings. Great local business.

NOT WELL AFTER YEARS OF USING THEM. I WONT USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: I've been using Champion Pest Control for several years for wasps under my deck and around the eves of my house. They have a 30 day guarantee. The past two times I've used them right before 30 days I still have wasps and its partly my fault for not calling right away but they have said sometimes they linger around. Each time when i've called I've missed it by a week. I called this time and just missed it. The lady said oh well I dont know what to tell you. I said I've been using you for several years and the price has gone up substantially and I just need it sprayed at my eves of my house in the back because they are everywhere and all they can say is oh well I dont know what to tell you. After being a long time customer I will never use them again.

Very good. When I called the service representative gave me an overview of services available. We signed up for normal pest control services where they come out every 3 months. The service guy showed up on time and performed his job professionally. He also made us aware of an area where we had termites. As the company does not do termite treatments he gave us a referral. Thank you. We live in an area with a lot of old trees and tree roaches. Shortly after we found evidence on our deck that the treatment had worked. Fully satisfied.

One thing I like about this company is that I have had the same guy for a long period of time. They don’t send different people each time. They don’t raise their price a lot. They increase their only once in a while. I like their office staff and I think they are probably competitive in pricing. They always wear logos so I know who is at my door. They are always on time. Price wise I never thought they were excessive. $30 a month and I have no bugs so I think they are fair. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have a contract with them throughout the year. I like them because they set up appointments on Saturdays. My wife and I both work, so it is easier for us to have a Saturday appointment in our schedule; they are very good about that. I don’t think they work on Mondays. They are on time. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, they are due to come out this week on Friday.

Champion Pest Control came out to treat the house for termites, so what they did was use centrun, which prevents termites. The termites hadn't done any damage yet, but they set up a monitoring system around the house and they check it every two months. I believe this is a new thing they've come out with. Champion Pest Control has been doing a great job, they're dependable, honest, caring and professional. Their prices are very good. I wouldn't use anyone else and I would highly recommend them to other people because they have saved my house from rotting away from termite damage.
