In April, he replaced our furnace. He is responsive and fair. Today, he only charged for 1 unit to inspect because he had just installed a furnace. His furnace pricing was very competitive compared to bigger companies.

We had a fire at our house that involved the attic and heater. We had another person that was looking at doing the work for us, but after 2 days we never heard from him again. We called Randy and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He assessed the situation and gave us an estimate in 30 minutes. As soon as we had the work approved by our insurance adjuster, we scheduled our appointment, he showed up on time and performed the work that was needed, He was very professional, and cleaned up everything before they left.

Randy has been my go to air conditioner service/repairman for two years. He has been honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. And most importantly my air conditioners work ! I have had new and used homes over the last 36 years. My previous a/c company(two years ago) for my current home dutifully serviced and recharged my freon yearly(10 years) at an extremely high costs for the freon, on both units saying that I had non- repairable holes in the tubing within the wall of my home. They said the builders had nicked my tubing likely with a nail gun and that they saw this and quot;all the time in recent constructionand quot;. And until I needed new units they said it would be very expensive to replace. That day came when they said my air conditioners were not repairable. They said I needed two new units at an unbelievablly high cost. I sought out 3 other companies for quotes and repair. I received extremely high repair and service costs and then would find the units quit working quickly. One man had not even gotten in his truck when the and quot;repairand quot; failed. They then would give high quotes for new a/c unit replacements. They all told me how dishonest other repairmen were and how they were different. As a stop gap while I decided who to have install two new units, I had Certain air come out because someone had given me Randy Henderson's name and said they liked him. Wow! the air conditioners suddenly worked and the holes in the tubing within the walls disappeared as though they were never there (apparently there were no holes). Both units have blown the coldest air we have ever had for two years on one charge of freon from Certain air! One unit recently quit working and I assumed it would need to be replaced. I called Randy and he said that might be so but let's try a repair and see what happens and if it fails he will apply the repair cost to a new unit. Minutes later I have really cold air! Randy Henderson with Certain Air is professional, knowledgeable , efficient and reasonably priced!
