Description of Work: They were to paint the walls in my living room and kitchen. The painter arrived on schedule, but only one person came. We had window treatments to remove and reattach, plus furniture that my husband and I could not move. The job would not have been finished timely unless I had insisted on a helper coming. They did find a second person and I am happy with the job.

Description of Work: Repaired ceiling, painted ceiling and walls of master bedroom. They did a fabulous job. It looks like a brand new room. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had our house completely repainted by Carnival. They came out and did an estimate, and when they came back to do the work, they did an amazing job -- filled in holes and minor repairs, spray washed everything, and then did the painting. They were honest, timely, took care of the plantings around the house, and just did a fantastic job. They also do interior painting, and I'm going to call them first for that work!

Description of Work: Mr. Forest responded to my voicemail message, asking me to email him pictures of the holes in the kitchen ceiling. I sent him pictures right after our telephone call and he wasn't courteous enough to call me back at least to say he was not interested in the job.

Description of Work: Ron set up the estimate very quickly and explained the quote thoroughly. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

Description of Work: Painted walls, all trim, ceilings and doors in Dining Room, Office, Upstairs Bathroom; Master Bedroom, and the Master Bathroom and Toilet Stall (including texturizing walls in those areas). All work completed in 2-1/2 days by two very professional painters. Cleaned up afterwards and disposed of empty paint cans. Very pleased with the end result.

Description of Work: Ron Forest and his crew at Carnival Custom Painting did a fabulous job painting the exterior of my Father's home in Houston. Their attention to detail and color selection was spot on. Despite challenges presented by my Father, Ron and his crew handled everything politely, respectively and in a timely manner. Ron was very helpful and essential, considering I was managing this project from San Antonio. Great company, quality work, and excellent management!

Description of Work: The company was very cooperative about working with our scheduling challenges and painted two bedrooms, one loft area and a stairway in one day. They moved furniture back to original places and cleaned up after themselves. The only concern we have was paint on the baseboards and adjacent stained wood indicating lack of attention to detail. I would have prefered taking another half day if they had been more careful.
