+ -1 moreThe crew he sent did exemplary work. Juan, the painter, was very polite, efficient, and we especially liked his great can-do attitude. After we returned from vacation, we found out that one painted trim in the garage area was showing some brown marks. (The weather was not favorable during the painting part of the job. It rained constantly and it took the workers quite some time to dry the replaced wood trim). We emailed Brian about our concern. He responded immediately and came over within a week s time to do the touch-up painting by himself. We were very impressed that, as the owner of his franchise, he was able to come forward to help us out. He was so versatile, skillful, accommodating, and wonderful in what he was doing! This has been a very pleasant experience for us. We will recommend Carnival to all of our friends and acquaintances with enthusiasm!
Description of Work: Carnival did exceptional work for us in the following areas: Power washed entire house including painted areas and brick. Power washed sidewalks, driveway, back patio, window sills, chimney, security gates, doors, etc. In addition, they repainted the front door, light post, replaced trims and repainted all sides of the garage, repainted 10 exhausts on roof, removed basketball goal and hauled to dump. Carnival was the 7th company to give us a bid for the job. Brian Brandon, the owner, provided us with a neatly typed estimate on the spot. He told us he carried a laptop and a printer with him in his vehicle! He was very attentive to the customers needs and took the time to go over all the details. He was courteous, kind, honest, patient, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Description of Work: The contractor and his workers painted all sides of our house, garage, garage door and the overhangs around the roof of the house. It took them about 2 days to finish the work. My house is approximately 3800 square feet and has two floors.
