They arrived when they said they would, on time, and finished in 4 days. Ron introduced me to the foreman of the job who handled all problems and questions that I had. They were very industrious and professional. They corrected any problems with their work promptly. They forgot to complete part of the job, but quickly did the work when I pointed it out to them. I would recommend them to anyone who had the same work to do on their house.

Two men & a wife came to start. One man began caulking but ran out so the other two left to buy caulk and paint & were gone a long time so the other man couldn't work. I explained how the dark paint was the main color and the trim just around the door inside & out was to be a lighter shade. It was suggested they should also paint the wall on each side of door inside same dark color so I agreed. The job was finished quickly but later I found many spots that weren't covered well but there was no more paint so I'll get more & finish the job.

It was a great experience. Ron Forest had a little trouble getting our appointment set for the estimate visit, but after that it was a very good experience. His estimate was a little higher than some, but I trusted his rating on Angie's List and went ahead. Ron was a big help with color and finish choices, the painting crew showed up on time, worked very hard and very well. Ron told me it would take four days to complete, and he was right on schedule. Interior painting is a stressful experience, especially when it includes a kitchen, so it was most important to me that they finished on time. The result is nothing short of stunningly beautiful. When I got a quote from someone at Carnival Painting, I emphasized that I wanted someone who would float the seams and texture over the wallpaper in the kitchen. He assured me he could do this. I also requested that they install a new chandelier in the two-story foyer. When his subcontractor arrived, he didn't have the equipment he needed to do either of these things or any of the paint. After returning and getting started, it turns out they bought they bought a matte instead of satin finish as I requested. Finally, they bought the correct paint. The subcontractor was a two-man crew with one guy who knew what he was doing and a day-laborer who acted like they have never painted anything before. The main subcontractor was good enough to not need to mask around the trim but the day-laborers did a sloppy job. The second day, they had a new day-laborer who wasn't any better. Instead of using scaffolding to install my chandelier, they propped two extension ladders together to make an A-shape and the head subcontractor precariously climbed to the top. Ultimately, they did a poor job texturing the walls and the subcontractor tried to leave without painting all of the trim.

Had to fire first painter for shoddy prep. Called Ron Forest. We had 4 good days of sun coming up. He brought over a crew of 6 men and did all the prep, caulking, sanding, etc. and applied two coats of product. EXCELLENT job. Crew leader, Luis, was outstanding. They also removed old and installed new soffit vents after staining.

Overall it went well, I have painted all the rooms in our previous 3 homes so I can appreciate the skill and work involved. It was so worth it having someone else do it! These guys did a nice job. They patched drywall issues in the bathroom and have good attention to detail work around counter tops and at all molding. Each day they started later than they promised, but they did call to explain they were running late. We changed our mind regarding the color of the dining room and it was no big deal.

A bit more expensive than some, but worth the quality. Wow.

The job went very well, they even replaced the soffit screen for me because it was so old and dilapidated. They also replaced several rotten boards.

They have an extremely professional looking estimate with a brochure on their work. I have not had them do the work yet due to decisions to make on my part.

They did an excellent job and they were very neat and clean. As a matter of fact, I am expecting them to come out in a few hours to give me a quote on staining my deck. So, obviously I was completely happy with them. They are pretty prompt also.

They gave the quote for the job. They came in and did the job on time and the paint job looked good for the amount of money that was quoted. In general, I was pleased.

They were great all around. It was a reasonable estimate and very professional. I Like what they pointed out as far as what they would fix. They were on time when they said would be. It took 31/2 days to complete and they were detailed oriented. The workers were polite. I am happy with them overall.

I had previously used Carnival to paint the exterior of our home and was very pleased with the company overall, so I decided to use them again for painting the interior. They did a wonderful job from start to finish; working with them has been a good experience and I will definitely use them again.

The person I talked to was very nice, responsive and knowledgeable. I have yet to complete this project and I am not sure who I am going with yet.

They did a good job and paid attention to the quality and the detail. He was a nice guy to deal with and was always happy. Their pricing was competitive and I would highly recommend them.

When I found a couple minor things they missed, they came back immediately to fix it. They didn't dispute it they just made everything right. They were here when they said they would be and the quality of work is superb.

These guys are professionals top to bottom. Ron was extremely courteous during the bidding process. After getting the job, his team was terrific. They were punctual, thorough, used the high quality materials they committed to, and finished on time. What impressed me was their attention to detail. No big messes & no sloppy mistakes. After the job was done, we walked around and touched up tiny details which took about 15 minutes & these guys did the touch ups gladly. I recommend them without reservation.

I was happy with the painting that they did for me, but I am happy with the base boarding that they did. They also took our invoice and I asked them to send me a copy and they still have not received one.

They were prompt, but I felt overcharged for the job. I should have told them that I wanted it completely replaced, but I've had so much personal stuff going on, my mother died recently and my dog is sick, and I just didn't think I could deal with anymore at that time. Like I said, I felt like I had paid too much for what I got.

Painters showed up exactly when they were scheduled. Work was done professionally. Representative from company made daily inspection visits. Area was cleaned prior to their leaving.

The foreman discussed each phase beforehand to make sure expectations were aligned. The crew was very respectful of our logistical needs and kept our property neat and tidy. The crew worked quickly, but paid attention to detail. The quality of work was exemplary from start to finish.

EXCELLENT from start to finish. Answered the phone professionally. Showed up when they said they would, put the estimate in writing; took the time to protect my brick, lights and windows from the paint; did the work promptly and professionally and left the site clean. They were the low bidder (of 3 estimates) and they STILL came in under budget because the crew leader determined that some of the wood we thought might need replacing really didn't need it after all. They took the paint samples I'd chosen (Behr brand) to Sherwin Williams to have them matched, since SW offers a contractor discount. I was a little worried about that but the match was perfect. After the job I looked around to see if there were paint speckles on the yard or concrete -- none. My 21-year-old son said HE accidentally dropped one of the paint sample cans and it landed open (of course) and spilled on the driveway. The Carnival crew cleaned it up immediately and no trace was left.
