Repainting project went well. The painters were hard workers. The head of the team "Antonio" was great. Very helpful, informative and kind.

OMG! I do not know even know where to start. Chris called me right away and came out, gave me a estimate so quickly. Antonio (the painter) showed up every day, knock when he came and when he left. But let me tell you about the paint job that was done. It was awesome, beyond words. You can tell Antonio takes pride in his work, I would assume he is a master painter just by the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them.

We've used Carnival on multiple occasions and continue to be impressed. Every team has been exceptional in terms of workmanship, responsiveness, and consideration to our belongings and family. This includes full exterior painting, full interior painting, and drywall repair. We used to shop by price and got burned by another company. Now we don't go anywhere else but Carnival for our painting/drywall needs. If you care about attention to detail, quality workmanship and equity in your home, I would highly recommend Carnival. Everyone we've worked with has been outstanding (Ron, Chris, Ascencion, etc).

They prep the area to be painted yesterday, they came back and painted the exterior of the house today. The work was very professional, they were courteous and prompt, They charge reasonable and they did and completed the work all in just a day and a half.

I had the outside of my house painted be Carnival. Estimate was printed out during the initial visit. I signed immediately due to the great price. When they arrived, they were so respectful and friendly. Easy to talk to, and I didnt have to give any special instructions on what I'd like. They replaced rotten boards, more than what was estimated. The guys were super detailed oriented. I mean, they cleaned everything, caulked perfect lines, and painted perfect lines. I TRIED to find imperfections and I couldn't. Window world really messed up the window trim on my windows and these guys fixed it all. They didnt seem rushed at all. They took their time. They even replaced my entire chimney because it was rotten more than we could see initially. If you want QUALITY work with second guessing anything, choose this company. When the job was completed, I had questions about my estimate, I asked the site manager, and within a few minutes I had 2 main guys calling me trying to resolve my questions. They REALLY do care about their reputation and company. I'm thoroughly impressed and I've already told everyone I come in contact with about my house and have shown them pictures of everything. We hired Carnival Custom Painting to paint the exterior of our home in July 2019. Throughout the entire process (from initial walk-through\quote, to on-site work, to post job follow-up), the entire Carnival team was thoroughly professional. It started out with a quote to repair damage to a roof leak and turned into a whole house painting. We received several quotes from other companies. Some were from friends that had work done in their home so we had a ball park idea of the cost. Jeremy from CARNIVAL came in and gave an honest breakdown of the cost and estimate of paint price and provided receipts for paint. The project was planned out to take a week to completion. His paint crew leader Ascension “Sean” was outstanding, along with the rest of the crew. They were on time everyday ready to work at 0800. The first day started slow not because of them we were having power issues and had no power to the home. They worked around it and prepped where there was light and by 1000 when power was restored they went to work. They didn’t drag the project on they were so efficient I thought they would be finished in 2 days. They finished in 4, two days ahead of schedule. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up every day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great honest work. Thank you.

Arrived when they said they would and got right to work. The worked continuously until the job was finished. Would recommend them to others as they were very efficient and cleaned put after they were done.

While we chose an alternative contractor, we appreciated Carnival's responsiveness to our request for a quotation. Their sales representative, Jeremy, arrived on time and did a thorough review of the job. Jeremy was friendly and honest in his assessment of the job and prepared a professional quotation - complete with information about the company, previous work and other relevant details - on the spot. I can't speak more highly of the professionalism exhibited by the individuals that I spoke with at Carnival - I will definitely consider them for future work.

It was great. The work was done professionally and beautifully. First painters I ever hired that did caulking and small repairs that would improve the quality. They always quoted price as these changes were approved. They also gave me tips about style options. I had an unattractive trim situation that had bothered me for years and they suggested a faux paint trim that corrected the unsightly problem. I'm a fan. I plan for them to paint the interior next. Great work.

Work completed in 2 days - 3 had been predicted. I’m happy with the result and would recommend. An example of care shown is that someone came to check on color when we thought it seemed too light. All turned out good as the paint dried to the color we wanted.

Excellent from bid to completion. It took most of a day with 2 painters. There is no way to tell that a repair was done as the match by paint and texture was perfect (I stuck a leg through the ceiling drywall while in the attic above - oops). The cleanup was thorough - taped plastic covered the entire rug below to catch all debris, which on removal, there was nothing to even vacuum or dust. Perfect! Use these guys. Bid was significantly below others received.
