They were very professional, they arrived on time and worked hard...can't ask for more than that! We will definitely use them again!

It went great - the blended paint color turned out perfectly and the edging around the four window wells and two walls where brick presented a unique challenge was actually rather impressive (there were no drips, over-painting onto metal rims on windows and bricks didn't seem to be a problem, though they would have been an issue for me!) They did a really great job.

This work was done a year ago so I only have my lasting impressions and not the details. I do not remember having any trouble or delay having someone come to the house to give me an estimate. I remember that the estimating process seemed precise and professional. The prices were high but not exorbitant. They were very reasonable with our Big Deal from Angie's List. We had a dining room painted in a dark brown. It had a doorway, a bunch of windows, and a chair rail. We also had a two story accent wall (around the fireplace) painted a middle brown. They did a great job. The paint looks perfect and just as importantly, I don't see evidence of the painting work on any other surfaces. In fact, just this week when I was putting up lights I noticed a small fleck of paint on the backside of a windowsill (about 2 inches from the wall and nearly impossible to see, even at only an inch away). I was surprised to see it since there has been no other such noticeable flecks that went astray. The only reason I said I would not have them do work again was because I since found someone who will do the work cheaper. Their estimates are not as professional, the painter smells of smoke (so much that I worry about what my house will smell like when he leaves), but the cost is noticeably cheaper. If there was another Angie's Deal from this company I would definitely use this company again. The quality and experience with the painters was great.

Ron Forest arrived on time to give us an estimate, gave us a reasonable written estimate, explained what we needed to know about the job and always answered my phone calls before, during and after the paint job. The paint crew showed up on time, did an excellent paint job, completed the job on time and cleaned up before leaving. Very satisfied customer.

They were excellent overall! The job I wanted them to do didn’t take up the entire time that was covered with the Deal, so they offered to do additional work.

The first day I was not at home but they called when they arrived and all went smoothly. The second day I was having my doors refinished so I worked from home so they could have access inside. The process was very organized, neat and the work was very well done. I would use this service again!

We had a lot of trouble deciding on colors. Carnival helped by bringing several samples and putting them on the walls. In retrospect, I wish I had an interior designer help me pick colors. Although they tried to be helpful, we will need to repaint several rooms because the color is too dull. I felt under a time crunch to decide and to like the colors - because the colors on the wall looked different from the original swatches and the entire paint crew was waiting on my decisions. But the painting itself was fast and efficient. Very professional.

It was great! The men arrived early each day, contained their mess as best as possible given the task at hand, and left my house looking far better than it did days before!!!!

Ron came out to give us a bid on an interior painting job that required removing wallpaper, texturing and painting, painting doors and trim, and a large ceiling involving a stairwell. He was very nice, professional, and thorough. We were impressed with him. We chose another painter who had been recommended by several friends, who gave us a lower bid. Otherwise, we would have used Ron.

Everything went well with them and they were very timely. I was able to continue my work in my house as if they weren’t there; they were very unobtrusive. They were very polite as well. I paid extra to get more work done. They worked on the atrium and the hallway.

The painters were on time, were responsive to requests to move the project into the garage, and were quick and professional. Great job, easy to work with.

Overall the work performed was absolutely outstanding in every way!! I give them my highest recommendation!!

Went well, did a very good job. Just keep in mind that material costs are not included in the proposal. Which it states on the proposal/contract as such. Got receipts for all the material/paint costs so really no problem at all. Would use again. Were very good to work with.

Ron arrived at the scheduled time and prepared a price quote before leaving. After receiving several other similar quotes and looking at Angies's List, I decided to use Carnival. Luis and his crew arrived on time and did a very professional job. I used Carnival's coupon I found on Angies's List and paid the balance at the completion of the job. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I have other painting that needs to be done.

Ron came out right to the minute of the appointment and gave us a bid right there. I liked the fact that the cost of material like paint was at COST and would be added to the bid with him giving me the receipts. So I felt there was no pressure on him to skimp on the paint. The work started right on time and the crew was very courteous and professional. They started with a thorough powerwash of the house exterior on the first day. The second day was prepping with replacement of rotten boards and caulking everything. They also made a good start on the painting of the main color. The third and final day was finishing all the main paint and trim as well as some blue accent pieces and rear door repainting. Very professional and would 100% recommend again. As a matter of fact, I am already planning on having them do some interior sheetrock repair / wallpaper removal / interior painting later in the year :)

We had a very good experience. The estimate we were given was itemized with a fixed price for labor and the materials priced according to receipts provided for us. Work began a day later than we had planned but we were notified in advance. Everyone who worked on the job was well mannered, professional and seemed to know exactly what to do at all times. Preparation was thorough, painting was skilful and clean-up was complete. I liked the fact that equipment and materials left on site were stored neatly and out of public view I was very impressed with this company.

Estimate was performed on the spot and a detailed printed estimate booklet delivered. Scheduling was done at our choice--the date we wanted was when they started. They gave assistance with color choices. Workers were very punctual, courteous, and considerate. It was not stressful to have them in my home for 4 days--actually it was a pleasure! They were very thorough and didn't miss anything. Ron called or came by the second day to check in and see how everything was going.

The proprieter, Ron Forest, responded quickly to my inquiries. Everyone was punctual and professional. They started on the scheduled date and the job was done in 4 days even with some interruption by rain. The few items that I noticed in the walk -through at the end of the job were fixed immediately. I'm very pleased with the way it looks. I was impressed by the professional bid package. The basic package described what they do and the responsibilities of the owner to prepare for the job. Also, the bid listed the specific items discussed.

They did a good job. Their pricing was very reasonable. They used really good paint for the job and it looks wonderful. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
