Good work- kept everything very neat.

I needed my door painted prior to a upcoming event, Carnival worked my project into their schedule on a Saturday without any additional charge. The painters arrived early, were very professional, went about their work for a few hours, cleaned up, and left. Door looks great.

Franchise business. Each office is independent. We contacted the two Franchises for Houston Texas. We choose to not have them bid the job because they did not carry Workman's Comp and Liability Insurance. Having insurance is critical before you allow someone to work on your house. Both Franchises told me MY homeowners insurance would cover them if they got hurt (Workman's Comp). Liability Insurance covers for any damages the company may cause to your home. Ask all companies to show proof of insurance and to list the homeowner as additional insured on their insurance.

Ron Forest came out and did a really good job of estimating. He was on time for our appointment, professional and really listened to what I was asking. On the day he said they would start his crew arrived on time. I had a brief discussion with the job foreman and then they got started. They were efficient and nice. They stayed until right after 6 pm. They came the next day and finished outside and started with the interior. All work was done very well and I am pleased with the painting and of all the drywall repairs they did. Ron had said it would take approximately 4 days. They were finished in 2 and 3/4 days.. Very Nice !

Carnival quote was less than the two others I received and half the price quote from Lopez. The job was expected to take 2-3 days it took 4 full days, house has a lot of trim, 2 story house and garage, some of it rotten which was all replaced. All exterior surfaces were done including house, garage, patio, balcony, deck, railing etc. Also repaired dining room ceiling hole/damage. Price was within quote, guys were quiet, hard working, profesional. A great job, I highly recomend them.

We purchased a home and needed to change many rooms of interior colors and entire ceiling. From start to finish they did what they promised to do. Estimate was fast and accurate. The crew was amazing and took great care to cover flooring (our house was empty). They had to do some drywall patching and it turned out flawless. We are already using them again to touch up our house we are putting on the market....stay tuned.....

We just moved into a new home and contacted 3 painters for bids with the stipulation that the painting be done in a week. Carnival was the cheapest, the only one that would do faux, and also agreed to get it done in our time frame. Awesome job by the guys. HIGHLY recommend him.

Ron was punctual on the estimate, provided the quote immediately, and his crew was on time for both starting and finishing the job. There was a snag from our end in that the house didn't have electricity and the paint wasn't drying quickly enough. The crew went home and brought heaters and extension cords to speed the drying process and still finish on time. All of the people I interacted with were gracious and professional. The prices, while not cheap, were definitely fair and significantly lower than the other quote I received. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I was very happy with the outcome. The painters were polite and professional. They did a great job and left no mess.

He guaranteed I would have the work done before Christmas. They got it done the Sunday before, so I was happy about that. There were some towel racks that I asked them if I should remove before they started and they said they would do that themselves. It looks like they painted around them and didn’t remove and of them. There are also some paint splatters on my window. However, they did a really good job considering the time frame I gave them. They were always here on time and stayed well into the evening.

So-so. Supervision was intermittent. Attention to detail was spotty (one ceiling that was not to be painted was and one that was supposed to be painted was missed until I pointed it out. When this last ceiling was painted, furnishings were not completely covered, and an original oil painting may have had some pints droplets spattered on it. When I brought this to the attention of the owner and the project supervisor (neither of whom was present at the time of this bit of work) they claimed it was part of the painting and wanted to check it out by scraping the painting with a pocketknife!!! Several Hunter-Douglas window shades had brown paint brush marks (one about 1 in by 12 in). They tried to clean the paint and managed to further damage the blind material. An area about 8" square around a ceiling fan was overlooked and not found for some time (I easily finished it). Various spots of paint wound up on marble floor (difficult to notice given paint color and variegated nature of marble), on countertops and mirrors. We agreed to a $500 price reduction owing to the damaged blinds and the possibility of paint on art work. The large majority of work was well and quickly done. Price was very reasonable. The several problems could (should) have been avoided by better instructions and guidance to the project supervisor and painters by the owner. Owner was there only at outset and completion. Project supervisor was absent now and then. I could be everywhere at once and monitor the activity of 3 - 4 painters in different rooms. I would consider using again, but only with insistence on fewer painters with proven experience, my direct participation in instructions to project supervisor and all workers, daily inspection and guidance by owner, constant presence of project supervisor, and smaller work crew, so individual activity could be better monitored and guided.

All work was performed as instructed, and at the agreed upon time. I would say it is the best painting I have had done so far in this 50 year old house I am remodeling. Since there were add-on costs to the "special," it would have been a good idea to have gotten the final estimate in writing, which I did not do. Would recommend this company.

Responsive scheduling-punctual work crew-perfect paint job and no re work required

It was done a little too quickly as a couple of spots seemed thin after drying. That is the only reason I didn't give all As in the review. I would easily hire this company any time I wanted more painting done (especially after using some others!). But there was no spatter or paint on our white trim (walls painted light blue).

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

I requested a quote for work to be done, not just in the laundry room, but in other areas of the house too. For reasons not having to do with the company, I decided to get the laundry room repaired first. To say this is a laundry "room" is stretching it; it's more like a closet. But I was never given the impression that a job is too small. Jose arrived on time and was professional. I did call to have Jose come back for minor paint touch-ups. But overall I am extremely pleased and am thankful to have a pretty room with no holes in the wall. I will call this company again when it is time to get the other areas of my home repaired.

Overall, Carnival custom painting was professional and honest. Their proces run average to high.

They were very courteous when I contacted them and actually came out the following day to give me a bid, but were much higher than other bids I received.

Job was done well ... no complaints ...they did some extra painting of doors and woodwork in small hallway. Can't remember exact date work was undertaken but we would have no reservations in recommending them.

They did a very professional job and I am enjoying the results. I requested at the last minute to change out the door molding and it was done for an extra $10 / door. The total job was a little high but as stated, they did a professional job that will last years. The only issue was not painting both sides of the doors or door jams. I wish I knew it would not be done. When opening the coat closet the inside door is yellowed as well as part of the door jam. Looks odd. I can see if it was a bedroom door with other doors inside the room but not a coat closet. I painted it the best I could. They are pricey but as stated, they did a good job.

The painters did a great job, and they were able to complete the job in one day.
