Description of Work: I made an appointment we agreed on the time but Ron never showed up for the appointment. Nor did he call me to notify me of the schedule change. If this is an indication of what I can expect from the services I will look for a different company.

Description of Work: Worst paint job ever. Did not cover anything. Broke my window shades and tried to tape it back up.

Description of Work: My husband and I had ripped out our carpets, prepared the house to paint and after the first day realized we bit off more than we could chew. I called Carnival for an estimate after finding them here on Angie's List. The owner, Ron, called me back promptly and came the next day for an estimate. I needed the work done as soon as possible being the house and furniture were all prepared. He was honest about his workload and we agreed they would begin on Monday. He said it would take 2-3 days. The tech's arrived on time and immediately started to work. They were very polite, courteous, and very neat. I wouldn't have even known they were here if it weren't for my barking shepherd outside the sliding door. Four paint colors, Five rooms (doors and trim too), a very high staircase/living room ceiling and these men were done in a day and a half! I could not believe it. The house looks beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with the work Juan and Cesar did. Thank you Ron, Juan & Cesar!! I highly recommend this company and will use them again when I finish the remaining rooms.

Description of Work: We bought this as part of Angie's list "Big Deal" last year. It was a special price for painting one room. The owner came over to give me an estimate. He was very friendly. He asked me if I had other rooms to be painted. I told him I would want to redo my kitchen walls in the future. He gave me an estimate at which point, I declined. A few days later, when his workers came to paint the one small room I had already paid for, they acted like thay couldn't be bothered with the job. The painter was extremely rude and dismissive, as if to imply that I was wasting his time. The job was adequate but not the best I've seen. They painted the baseboards and dripped paint on the edges of our carpet. I was thankful that I didn't hire them to paint the kitchen. I would never buy a Big Deal again, because quite frankly-it wasn't. Don't use this company.

Description of Work: He was hired to paint cabinets in my home. He did not show up. He sent two men to my home but only 1 stayed to do the prep work. He did not speak english and i could not ask any questions. Also they never called to let me the time they were coming and I wanted to change 1 cabinets color. They started when i wasnt home. There was paint drops on wall behind dryer and on the floor. There are areas that they missed putting putty in and they did not paint the bottom of the cabinet doors. They (Ron) who bidded the job and whom i thought would be doing the work never called to see how it went. I spent way too much money for the work they did. Professional painters are not the ones in your home doing the work. I paid this much money for 1 bench, 1 shelf, 4 cabinets. Two days work. Would have been better off hiring my own people.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon through Angie's list, and t Mr Ron Forest came and provided a very professional overview, good suggestions about where to spend my money, and plkenty of excellent social skills. After a little while I received a folder w/ a very detailed description of what would tehy work include. It was very thorough. Mr Forest A was very accomodating as per the time frame I was available. The Painters came and performed an outstanding job that included peeling some wallpaper, and taking care of all the popped nailes and imperfections in the walls. the were very thorough,the preparation work took a couple of days , they were a team of 4 gentleman very knowledgeable and experts in what they do. The job was performed impeccably, they covered all the areas and treated my property w/ respect and care. The people in Mr, Luis's team , really took pride in their work. They came to the job site in good spirits, worked very hard , paying attention to the smallest details . They were very silent and cheerful and that was important because I stayed at home all the time. The house is big, almost 4,500 square feet. They did not do the ceilings , they did the bedrooms, bathrooms ( removed the wallpaper) and the trims and the stairs. I paid for the paint and material . And there were two rooms that were part of the coupon deal. I was very satisfied with their work and will hire them again.

Description of Work: Ron was very nice and quickly called me back after I sent him an email asking if he could look at my townhome. He made an appt at the end of the week (for my convenience) to meet at the townhome. He walked through every room with me and gave me a very good quote for all of the painting I needed (almost the entire townhome!). He was very professional during the entire visit. However, we decided to not paint our townhome at all since we ended up leasing the unit (instead of selling). We will need his services in a year when the townhome goes back on the market! Description of Work: The job was painting exterior of house. The company responded quickly to my call with a reasonable rate for the job. Crew was punctual, worked quickly but carefully and cleaned up after work was finished. I had no complaints and would recommend this company. Thanks to Angie's List for the recommendation. I'm new to the area and the information provided was invaluable.
