Greg Carnahan was punctual, professional, and offers the best in landscape design ideas. His team of professionals includes the absolute best custom rock work guy in the business. The plants, trees, and flowers are always of the highest quality - we had our front yard done ($18,000) in 2007 and the landscaping, trees, and plants have held up and actually improved over time. Our front yard instigated a great deal of business for Carnahan's, because the rock work and the design are incredible and have high visual impact. The backyard was recently done ($25,000) and is singularly the most commented on aspect of our home by guests and visitors. The cost of work done by Carnahan's is in the high range, comparatively, but as with many consumer products and services "you get what you pay for" - so although the Carnahan's prices are high, the end result is WELL worth the price difference. I highly recommend Carnahan's for anyone wanting a landscaped yard that adds value to the home; brings pleasure to you every time you look at it; and wants to work with professionals who are hard-working, sincere, dependable, and friendly. You can count on excellent follow-up, also. The only "downside" of Carnahan's is the pricing - and be sure to address any possibility of "up charging" at completion of the project. Ask Greg to tell you when completion of the presented landscape plans will result in increased charges to the contracted amount; don't assume all the plants and rock work will be included in the final cost.

They have been very good in getting things done and doing it on time. They keep with their job and the price they charge is reasonable. They got somebody at the job that knows the overall plan is and we just really been impressed with them. We've actually had two things done so far that they have done a very good job. They're on time and they kept contact of when they would come out and they were there when they said they would be. They also sent out a supervisor on the job to make sure everything went correctly.

Everything went according to plan from start to finish. My only concern was I thought I was supposed to get a rain gauge with my irrigation system and it never happened. I guess it was a communication mishap.

Scott is the owner of the company and the person I delt with the entire time. We had quite a bit of work done for which the quality was pretty good. There were a some problems with how they treated the trees (i.e. the workers who built the retaining wall would cut into the bark... I had to tell Scott multiple times to have them stop. We talked about putting in the sprinkler system radial to the trees for which they did for one, but failed to do for two red oaks that I lost. I was reasonably satisfied with the results so I asked him to lay more sod. It looked like poor sod to me but I trusted that they new what they were doing. The sod never grew so I asked for replacement. Scott said I was out of warranty and claimed that the sod was good. The truth is that the sod was almost dead when it was installed and then never recovered. Scott conveniently remembers the sod being fine (absolutely NOT true). So, I am reporting his professionalism is an F. He put bad product into my lawn and then denied it. Stay away from this guy - he will cheat you.

Carnahan's Landscape came out, gave me a price, put in the sprinkler system and did a great job. They were on time, professional and courteous. They were referred to me and I'll refer them to other people too. The sprinkler system works great and I haven't had any problems with it.

They did a great job of landscaping the yard for us. The yard looks great, and they left no mess in the yard for us to have to pick up. We got everything we asked for and expected. The plants are still doing well. They got the job done on time and didn't go over their price estimate. The workers were respectful and knew what they were doing.
