The entire process from quote to delivery was very well controlled and executed. The company provided a detailed estimate with a cost breakdown for each fence section shared with each of our neighbors. The workers are knowledgeable and professional. In addition to installing a high quality and great looking new western cedar fence, we were most impressed with the focus on customer service which C&J Outdoor Services provided during our job. Highly recommend.

Cameron and his crew delivered as promised - a quick & efficient tear out of the old fence and installation of the new one, including working to protect roots of large shrubs all along the fence. He also made a good price on installing pickets on another fence which wasn't being replaced, and honored the price estimate even though lumber costs were continuing to go up.

This is not a true assessment of our work detail and follow up. I actually stood with the client the day we completed the fence and they signed off on everything in good measure. About a week later, client reached out to us with reasonable concerns which we addressed immediately (following day). The client requested the gate be adjusted and we did so accordingly which they signed off on once again. The client again called us a few days later and they continued to add to the list of “flaws” on the fence following completion sign off. Finally after spending 3-4 trips out to the clients house, her requests became unreasonable so we decided to gift her with a $100 gift card and told her that we would not be coming back after for further “adjustments or fixes”. To add insult to injury, we were not even contracted by this person to build the fence. Their neighbor hired us to build their fence and during the job, we were asked by Mr [Member Name Removed] to build their gate and small return for $470. We happened to have extra material on the trucks so we didn’t see it being an issue to add a gate towards the end of the job. This client is being completely unreasonable and unfair in their review of us. Feel free to read any of our other reviews on Angie’s list or Home Advisor. We come highly recommended. C&J

It went very well. They came out the same day I contacted them and they were able to begin on my fence the next day. Their prices were very competitive, however, not the cheapest. Their crew came in and knocked out our fence in 1-1/2 days and we couldn’t be happier. The quality is fantastic. Highly recommended!
