Description of Work: Brook did many things as I was listing my home for sale. He repaired the fence and both gates. He repaired done wood rot on my doors. He fixed my plumbing issue. He also matched paint in 3 rooms and painted. He replaced my doorbell. He has a helper named Richard that is a wealth of knowledge about medicines and the body. Overall I give them an A+

Description of Work: I paid $99 for one hour of service, so that he could hang a few simple curtain rods in a standard 8'-ceiling room. After several emails about scheduling, he said, "I'm sorry, I need to back out of this one." Very strange! If he is not willing to honor his Angie's List certificates, then why is he offering them?

Description of Work: Chose Bozco because of the mostly positive reviews (at the time) and an Angie's List special. In a word, the work was Shoddy. If I were able to upload photos of their work here the pictures would speak for themselves. |I had a coupon for work to be done, within a specified period of time, for a specific cost. If the Bozco firm could not accomplish the job - and do it properly - within that time they should have told me and I gladly would have paid for the overage. In fact, I did pay for overtime and was not satisfied with the results. Bozco spent a lot of time trying to find a match for the bathroom baseboard he was pulling out (to find evidence of a leak) and difficulty actually removing said baseboard. The replacement board was not a match. Instead of notifying me of this he installed it and said "it was close." |Next, he caulked another area of baseboard next to the shower where there was water damage, proclaiming it fixed. It was not fixed. It got worse because, I believe, in taking the action he did it sealed/trapped the problem. |Finally, he was asked to repair a small section of rotted wood at base of garage opening. A simple job that we had had performed on a similar area by another handyman. The piece was not cut to same dimension as the original, it stuck out, and the piece was only primed, not painted. It was a poor patch job. Bozco did not seem interested in doing the job right and complete. |I could have done just as good - or better - and I have no carpentry experience! |One bright spot in this experience was his assistant, whose name escapes me. He was great, seemed very knowledgeable. He recaulked the shower, as requested. Then without prompting this man took it upon himself to clean up a significant portion of our shower and gave us tips on how to better maintain it. For this I am appreciative. |I believe the service would have been better had this gentleman - and not the owner - taken over the jobs. |Bozco did offer to return to correct or replace the bathroom baseboard that was mismatched but I did not want his business. I did not trust his workmanship, or lack thereof. I am now in the process of finding someone to correct his mistakes. Maybe he excels at AC repair but IMO he is not suited for other general handyman duties. |

Description of Work: fixed hole in drywall. fixed closet door. caulked around toilet. cleaned and reglued slate on patio.Mr. Bozco was on time,efficient ,no drama.

Description of Work: Assembled furniture, hung 2 sets curtains, helped move heavy pots, installed outdoor ceiling fan. Inspected furnace filter. Will replace next visit.
