This was a "deal" offer-- 2 hours for $180.00 of handyman service. He arrived early, got to work and completed the project within 2 hours. The workmanship is not exceptional but it is ok-- the gates that he worked on were older and very moist from all the rain so I'm sure it was a bit of a problem to work on them. Very nice man and very professional.

I contacted Brook to assemble and install 5 ceiling fans with light kits, which I already purchased at Home Depot. Scheduling was easy. Brook was responsive on both email and the phone. He and his helper showed up right on time, went straight to work and did a great job. The ceiling fans work well, as expected. I'm happy with how everything turned out and Brook's price was reasonable for several hours of work. I will definitely call him again for future projects.

I had several items in my home that needed attention. Some more important than others. I listed these in my email and requested a pricing structure. I am on a budget. The response was they book 2 hour windows only per day for 180.00 and that my requests would take several visits. After inquiring further as to how long these items would take the response was simply "book it on angies list and try us out". Why in the name of all things reasonable would I buy something when I would have no idea what I was paying for??? For all I know they are great, they have good reviews, but given this exchange I don't feel confident hiring them. For all I know it takes them 2 hours to change a light bulb.

Provider and crew are very friendly and knowledgeable. Arrived on time ready to go. The knew just what to do to repair sheet rock and replace baseboards that had warped after a window leak. Also, repaired sheet rock (large hole) and baseboard behind toilet. Also, cleaned shower pan and recaulked it. It was very yucky with hard water stains. They also informed me on ways to get other problem areas cleaned. Very happy with outcome! Would recommend and plan to use them on future projects.

They were punctual and quick. He brought a helper with him and left us with additional supplies for touch ups later. Great work!

Arrived on time and was very professional. Everything was installed perfectly. Was impressed as the toilet is in a smaller area that does not allow much room to move around. Tool less than an hour and very happy with his service. We have other projects we will be doing and I believe that we have found a solid handyman to return to when more work is needed.

The service provider arrived on time. The pet door was installed in more than the 2 hours of service prepaid. Apparently, Different doors install differently. The Super XL per door is more complicated and more reinforced. The service provider was very kind and did not charge me extra for this one service. The service provider even came back to tweak the pet door as there were some minor issues with the install. I appreciated the follow up to finalize the work. I am very satisfied with the installation. He even put back the external door even better than it was before. Thank you.

It went okay. They considered handyman services which they didn?t have expertise particularly with tuning fan but they stayed a little bit extra and didn?t charge me for it. So overall it went well. I used them shortly after I purchased the big deal. They charged me a $180 but they stayed an extra 20 minutes to get the shed done. I will use them for certain things now that I know their expertise.

Provider was punctual and knew what was needed to perform the work. He made suggestions for the garage that I thought were good and we used his idea. My only complaint was around cleanup. There were several instances where the wood shavings from drilling the holes were left inside the drawer/cabinet even though we specifically asked for this to be cleaned before he left. The provider was adequate and the pricing was good. I would probably use him again.

Very friendly, arrived on time. Gave him the to-do list ahead of time - install ceiling fans, drill holes to add drawer pulls, hang a chandelier in the bathroom -- but he arrived without a ladder. I was a bit worried, but everything went great. He was courteous and asked my opinion about all of the details of the job which I appreciated. We worked together to hang the chandelier and the ceiling fans, which gave me a sense of pride and purpose. He worked well past his allotted time so that we could finish all of the tasks. I would have appreciated him cleaning up the wood shavings that were left inside my drawers or asking me to remove the contents before he drilled the holes. That being said, he had a great attitude and I would definitely hire him again.

Responded quickly. Picked up and delivered the window units and installed professionally. He had to go back to Home Depo for additional material and did so without hesitation. Only delay was due to Rain. Took an extra day - this was not his fault. Will use him again when the need arises.

Very polite and professional; did homework ahead of time; was willing to come on a Saturday; brought helper. Made a run to the store. C for quality because I felt like I needed to supervise the work: e.g., rather than remove the existing fixture with pliers, they stared to use a reciprocating saw, which damaged the drywall a bit; when the fan did not work, I had to insist that the wiring be checked. (When The wiring was then fixed, the fan worked). I would hire again, but perhaps only for a more straightforward job.

Brook came by earlier in the week to see what I wanted to have done and came up with a good idea and good advice on how to tackle the bathroom floor. Brook and his helper showed up on time Friday and got right to work measuring and cutting the new plywood underlay. Brook took the time and care to remove the old caulking and properly treat the mildew before re-caulking. He had some great advice on laying the flooring tile and did it the proper way which included removing the toilet. Came back Sunday afternoon to finish the job. Great results and will definitely use again!
