Description of Work: I use Billiard Factory for furniture refinishing & repair services. I had them do a repair on those chairs and when I bought the chairs they were great and when I had them repaired I did not like that at all. They charged me $400 for a $50 part that I found on ebay after they left. So I was not happy.
