Bill was professional and extremely helpful in every step of the remodel. His price was competitive but what I liked the most was his ability to coach. Unlike the other contractors who just went with what I asked, he took the time to educate and guide me away from doing some things that would not have worked out well from an integration standpoint. There were many little things that were not significant from a cost perspective but took the remodel to the next level. The scope included new flooring, shower, tub and granite vanity with granite accents throughout with plumbing and electrical. The craftsmen that he uses are excellent and the tile man for my job (Esteban) was a perfectionist. I have never seen anybody take so much care to get things just right. I am moving on to phase II in a few weeks with installation of travertine flooring in much of the downstairs so I will give a final update when that is complete.
