Danny is a very personable technician and it was a pleasure to have him check our A/C.

The representative made an initial trip to diagnose the A/C system problem of my upstairs unit. The downstairs unit was operating fine. An initial estimate of work and associated price was $1100. which was a competitive cost since I had another company (Mr. Air- Mason Road in Katy) look at the system and quote a price of $1600. for same repairs. Mr. Air stated that the compressor, condenser, evaporator, ducting, plenum, blower, filters all needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion from Autumn Air but did not tell them that Mr. Air had looked at the failed system. Autumn Air performed the work professionally, on time, and for the same cost as originally estimated. I was pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend them to anyone. I told them initially that I got their name from the Angie's List.

Over a period of about 8 years, we have had no less than 4 other AC contractors in our home, due to the fact that the A/C never really cooled our home appropriately, and our unit ''ran'' constantly. Daniel with Autumn Air inspected our unit and immediately identified the fact that our coil had been leaking for several years and had in fact been unable to cool and dehumidify the environment. He gave us several options, not pushing one or the other, and within a week our coil had been replaced, and we are now finally happy living in the ''coolness'' of our home. Thanks Daniel and Autumn Air !!!

The overall experience was positive, however the communication within the company seemed to be slow or lacking. The phone number listed delivers you to a live operator who must take your address and phone number every time and then have someone call you back. The installer was two hours late and the installation lasted eight hours, well into the night. Thankfully, there were no labor or overtime charges. The quality of installation was good, however he neglected to charge the freon necessitating another visit by the company. Nevertheless, our last two interactions with the company were smooth and effecient when the serviceman came to charge the freon. He has been consistently ontime or early. Don't forget to use the coupon from their website.

I appreciated Sonia calling to offer an earlier appointment. Could not take it. Later, when the tech was running late, Sonia again stayed in touch to keep me informed. The offer of a yearly contract was given, but without any pressure.

Extremely satisfied. Very favorably impressed with everyone from Autumn Air with whom we have had contact (personally or by phone). We will definitely continue having them do our annual checks on our A.C. system. The system has worked beautifully for the three weeks since it was installed. All sections of the house are equally cooled (as Danny's redirected ducts proposed to do) and the programmable thermostat works wonderfully for changing cooling/heating needs at different times of day.

Work was scheduled in timely fashion. On the scheduled day, the technician was courteous to phone and say that he would arrive at the end of the three hour window originally scheduled. Work was done efficiently, and technicians were personable. The $65 "diagnostic fee" seemed excessive in addition to the $99 fee to drain line.

I got several estimates from different companies and Autumn came in consistently well below the rest. New equipment runs great and is far more efficient than old hardware. Techs made night calls to diagnose problems and sales rep was very patient to make sure we understood our options.

We've had problems with our A/C for years and have multiple companies out to fix our unit. Autumn Air was the first one that figured out what the problem was. Unfortunately, it took two separate trips (and two separate bills!)before they were able to find the problem. On the second visit it cost $150 to replace a <1 ft segment of wire! A bit excessive and he should have found it the first day, but on the bright side he did find the problem and our A/C is finally working correctly.

Autumn Air did a good job. They were on time and the Service technicians were professional.

Owner and technicians were very professional in every way. Their estimate was the most detailed of all received. Lavern, the installing technician, stayed until late in the evening to insure job completion in one day. The quality of his work was far superior to that of previous technicians. Despite the greater cost of the R-410A condenser, the total price of the job was extremely favorable compared to other estimates that were higher and more limited in scope. We recommend this company to those seeking quality products and quality installation by courteous professionals at reasonable prices. We could not be happier overall with our experience and look forward to continued customer satisfaction with Autumn Air.

Called for help at 10:00. Was told technician would be at house between 2 and 4 o'clock. Technician was a little late, but understandable due to previous job. Added 4# freon. Told me I had small leak and valves did not sound to good. Very satisfied with this initial contact with this company.

Representative gave a estimate within 15 minutes, charged 49.95 he came back and said both of my units that are seven years old needed new A/C coils and that neither one of them were working. He also described oil around one of the coils and rusty pans upstairs and left a written estimate for $2500.00 and said I could put freon in both of the units for about $400.00 but it would only last for a week. Puzzled by this I notified another AC company not on your list. He came out on Saturday spent 3 hrs throughly checked both coils could not find any leaks, no rusty pans(pans were plastic) and no oil. Added freon and said if I had a further problem we would go from their the total was $215.00. Wow what a difference and life saver. The representative from autumn also removed my serial numbers from my coils when the new AC company could not find them, luckily Autumn had written them on their 49.95 estimate.

The designer/salesman, Eddie Tipton, was knowledgeable, gave me advice on what should be done for a quality finished installation, and discussed energy efficiency options with me. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and that he wanted the finished installation to be right. Because our house is older and will be torn down when we sell, I elected to not get the most efficient and costly system. I received no pressure to consider options that I didn't want. Technicians arrived on time at 9:00 am and finished all work by 3:30. They were efficient, professional, and worked without bothering us in the house. All work that was in the quote was completed without my having to point it out. They left the work area clean and hauled away all old equipment and materials.

This really was an exceptional experience and each crew member was totally focused and professional. I was so impressed that they even had a "resolution" guy who came out where the condenser problem arose, They stayed on the job and did to charge overtime.

All work quoted in the estimate was done and for the quoted price. Jose and Alejandro were on time, quiet and very diligent in their work. This was a two day job and they always left the work area very clean and hauled off all the debris. We were very impressed by their professionalism and will definitely call on this company for any future needs.

I was totally satisfied with the service. Willie actually showed up about 45 minutes before the scheduled time and had identified the problem within 20 minutes. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. Not only was the problem not as expensive as I feared, Willie helped to save me money on the repair (showing me what I could do myself) and on the service (by cleaning some very dirty coils and saving me a additional service call later).

Always on time. Felt as if I could trust the workers that came into my house, even though I could not be there. They did forget to replace the thermostats, but readily came back to replace them immediately.

My initial call to Autumn Air was handled in a very prompt and professional manner. The service appointment was set for the next day between 3-5pm. The service man came in a timely manner, was extremely courteous, and did a great job taking care of the problem for a very reasonable price. We were very pleased with the service provided from the beginning to the end.

Daniel was the representative from Autumn Air that came to my home originally. He was professional and knowledgeable. Since my unit was very old and broken I decided to purchase a new unit. Autumn Air came the very next day and installed the unit. I was pleased with my service. My only complaint is that the seviceman was late. I was told that he would be here between 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. He didn't arrive until after 3:00 PM. I can understand running late, but I was never notified of the delay. I had to call Autumn Air twice myself to get updated. So, punctuality was an issue.

We have used Autumn Air several times over the past few years and have always been happy with their work. They are prompt and can usually show up the same day that we call. They work fast and their prices are reasonable. Their employees are friendly, neat and explain their work.

The personnel of Autumn Air were very courteous from start to finish. Daniel was the technician who performed the work. He was on-time and professional. My furnace got a good grade for the winter season. I used a coupon from the company's website to get the very reasonable price.

I could not have had a more pleasant experience. Autumn Air has earned their Angie's List ''A'' standing with nice but knowledgeable personnel, a comprehensive list of manufacturers to choose from, fair pricing and on-time or earlier installations. Everyone I interfaced with at Autumn Air was exceptional. I would encourage everyone to use these people!

ON THE PHONE, AUTUMN HAD ESTIMATED A HIGHER PRICE THAN THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED, WHICH WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. THE TECH WAS ON TIME, VERY COURTEOUS, AND SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME DESCRIBING THE CONDITION OF THE SYSTEM AND WHAT WORK HE HAD PERFORMED. HE RECOMMENDED WE CONSIDER BUYING A NEW ONE. HE GAVE ME A PRICE QUOTE AND THEN URGED ME TO GET ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANIES. HE SAID AUTUMN WOULD MATCH ANY OFFER.
