They kept it for four days. I never heard a thing about how it was going, that there was a problem. I finally went in and the guy's wife was there. She knew nothing about the repair side of things, so I had to talk to him over the phone. He told me that he couldn't get anything to work, that even the video wouldn't work. I said I had video when I took it in and now the video card is inserted wrong. He told me there'd be no charge, and I took my PC home.
Description of Work: They were supposed to fix my PC so that Windows would boot. They quoted me $130 for the work. I had bought some new components from an electronics store and things weren't working. But I told them what I had and took in what I bought and they told me they should be able to get it to work.
