Excellent service. Came on time and repair was able to be done on the spot very quickly. The service guy was also very informative and made sure everything was clearly understood about the repair before he started and after completion.

The staff at ARC Glass were professional, provided excellent communication, and kept me up to date on when materials would arrive & when the job would be completed. I was very pleased with the service I received from the folks at ARC Glass. From the first phone call to the finished task. They worked with me to find a less expensive option for my window replacement, other companies told me there weren't really any other workable options. ARC Glass saved me about $350 over the other companies and the quality of the new window was far better than the old one. I also asked them to call me when they were on their way so I could leave work and meet them there. They did call and it saved me time away from work. I would definitely recommend ARC Glass to anyone.

Great customer service from the person answering the phone to the guys that came to do the install. Came out the same day I called and they tried to have it installed then too but even having to special order the glass it was installed the next day!! Great experience dealing with this company and everyone involved. It's not often you can say that.
