Brian was very prompt in responding to my request, in fact coming out sooner than originally scheduled. Took care of the request, and installation very promptly, and was very interested in meeting the request I had, in fact even suggesting an additional item that I had not considered which gave a great deal of uniformity to the overall look of the new addition I was adding. He was also very helpful in showing us with pictures from his brochures how our shower door would look and what might be the best choice for us.
