The Arc Glass representative showed up on time as he said he would and got the job done in a timely manner for the price I was quoted. My only negative is that he didn't clean his area very well. There were still pieces of glass laying around.

Brian was very professional and friendly. We will call him again if we need a window replaced. He was also much cheaper than other companies I called. Brian will take on small window projects. Many companies have a minimum $ amount.

Brian always answered his calls and followed up. He even remembered me everytime I called. He was very courteous.

Came the next day and fixed my window, showed up on time total price similar to the quote, would use again was a small project and some people don't want to be bothered with a small project and will only squeeze you in against bigger projects, so I appreciate getting my window fixed quickly.
