Arc glass was prompt. They arrived the time they said they would and their price for replacing the window was more than reasonable..After getting quotes from other companies. Their quote was what was charged. They cleaned up after they finished. I am pleased.

The installer was on time , called before he got to the neighborhood. Changed the glass cleaned everything up and was very professional. Will recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great job.

ARC Glass did a great job on the install. They came out to take the measurements twice since we decided to make some changes and generally kept us informed of the schedule. Brian was kind enough to take care of another issue for us as well which was unrelated to the enclosure but was beyond our abilities. My only complaint is that one of the panes of glass is upside down which is a very small thing. They even managed to completely cover the holes where the previous enclosure was attached.

ARC was very flexible around my schedule and able to come out to my house within two days. The tech was very friendly and completed the job within 5 minutes. The cost was much lower than any other glass company had quoted me. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to ARC if they ever have any glass needs.

Brian at ARC Glass was willing to come even though it was later in the evening. He was really courteous throughout the process and was very honest and descriptive. The install went smooth and less time than expected. Overall a fantastic service. If I had to do a frameless shower again I will call up ARC and recommend to everyone.
