Very professional. Discussed in detail the extent of the job. I was able to schedule the appointment right away. The workers were quick at installing the mirrors, too! Only thing that would have made the experience better would have been to have someone come measure and make recommendations on a different size mirror based on their experience.

Unfortunately, the window manufacturer made one of my windows incorrectly but, ARC was not at fault and they will be coming back to my home to complete the project once the replacement window arrives. I have had a great experience with the technicians who are working with me on my project and I would recommend them. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended ARC to one of my co-workers who also wants storm windows installed on his home.

They requested deposit for the work, and this is the first time I have been asked for deposit before , they start the work. I had to call them to check the status of the order, they came a day late. They did a professional job and competed the work in a bout 6 hours.

I haven't had the project completed yet, but we are in the process of getting it done. Brian was on time and returned calls promptly and very reasonable. He explained everything thouroughly too.I expect the door to be great! I have now had the door completed ad they did a great job! They were on time, worked continually for several hours and cleaned up well when they left. We are very hwppy! Thanks!
