I placed my request on line to have a storm window replaced and received a call within 10 minutes of placing it. Arrangements were made to come the next day and do the repair. Service was prompt, the tech was polite and did an excellent job. He even brought a shop-vac in and vacuumed up the glass. I will use them again in the future.

ARC Glass came out and had my window repaired within two hours of the initial phone call. Their price was very reasonable. In fact it was almost 1/2 the cost quoted by some other companies. After the professional job provided for my minor window repair, I used them for auto glass replacement. Both jobs were performed quickly, efficiently and by competent, friendly professionals. It's nice to know that customer service still exists.
