Description of Work: The microwave latch malfunctioned. I had the guy come out and he replaced a part to latch the door and get the turn table working. The total was at first way too high. More than what I paid for the micro to begin with. I had him replace the door latch and leave the motor on the turn table and it came out to $80 or something like that.

Description of Work: There was some sort of a sensor that was broken so the freezer was not defrosting and it froze up solid and it stopped sending cold air up into the refrigerator so he came out and replaced that, defrosted the freezer, put it all back together, checked our stove and our dishwasher for free.

Description of Work: The washing machine would have cost more to fix than it was worth. Andy recommended a new machine. He did all he could and it the end only charged a trip fee. Very honest and knowledgeable. Would use again.
