Description of Work: I just got off the phone with Andy and told him my sad story of issues with my range and an awful home warranty company and though he wasn't able to come out quickly enough to look at my problem he referred me to someone who can. I think that's great and never in home ownership has anyone done that for me. Thanks Andy! If I didn't have an emergency I'd not hesitate to call Andy in the future.

Description of Work: Our ice maker's problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: First they checked out the refrigerator which had stopped cooling. Andy told us that the refrigerant had leaked out and that we likely needed a new refrigerator. He then checked out the wine cooler and determined that it needed a new thermostat. At that point he ordered a new thermostat and told us he would be back the next day. He returned as promised and changed out the thermostat. At all times he was very professional and a joy to be around. On the second visit his wife accompanied him and she also was extremely pleasant. All in all a great experience. I would certainly bring Andy back again.

Description of Work: Rescheduled a couple of times. Was not really interested in coming to Fulshear. Wall over door would not stay completely closed, changed out door hinges. Works ok unless it's tapped and then it's still a problem.

Description of Work: Date and cost are very approximate. I do remember that I was in a hurry for service and they squeezed me into their schedule, which I appreciated. There was a problem with my washer. I had already waited for an appointment with Sears, and then they were unable to do the repair because we could not find a serial number on the washer. (!?) Andy and his assistant arrived promptly, diagnosed a problem, and repaired it at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: My dishwasher has had some issues (a Maytag) that Andy has been able to fix several times. He is very friendly and is knowledgeable on various appliance brands. Hopefully I won't have to use him again, but if something breaks, I will definitely call!

Description of Work: Andy looked at our washing machine and was very upfront about the cost and repairs needed. He suggested it was time for a new one and even made some suggestions regarding brands.

Description of Work: The repairman said the Maytag upright freezer (2 yrs. old, 1 yr. warranty) was not worth repairing. It had leaked all the freon out and would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. So, we bought a new Whirlpool freezer from Lowe's.

Description of Work: They fixed a refrigerator/freezer that had quit cooling. It's always a tossup as to whether you should fix or replace. Andy was very responsive, came on time and fixed the appliance.
