Everything went wonderfully! I called Andy on Wednesday and he was able to come by the following day. He called as he was on the way to our house, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He walked me through exactly how he concluded that the problem was the pump before replacing it. As I had gone online and researched what to expect before fixing the machine, I knew that standalone ice makers are expensive to repair, so I expected parts to run well over $250. He already had the $216 pump I needed in his truck. There was no service call fee; labor was $90. With tax, the total was $331.24. Andy was upfront and very reasonable with his pricing. In a short time, the icemaker was whirring and working again! Andy even showed me how to clean the condenser coils at the bottom of the machine in order to keep it in tip-top shape. Andy owns and runs his own company with his wife. In my opinion, that kind of owner involvement always makes a huge difference in the quality of service you receive from any company. I would highly suggest calling them for your appliance repair needs. I was sad to find out that Andy doesn't repair most of the high-end brands that we've got in our home (Bosch, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking), but if we ever have trouble with our icemaker again, we know who to call!

Top notch repair work. He explained everything ahead of time, and said how much it would cost. He showed up promptly, and worked diligently. Highly recommend.

He was the one that came the soonest. He was the fastest to come. So far the equipment works and he did a good job with the work.

When I called Andy he asked the model number for our dryer and called me right back when he had the timer ready to go. He came out the next day to replace it. Andy noticed that the plate was off our water heater and could pose an electrical hazard so he put the water heater cover plate back too. Andy is prompt and fair. Andy and his wife are a wonderful mom and pop business and their big truck is filled with everything they need to fix all appliances.

The price was less than what I had thought it would be. He came on time and was very professional. He was extremely good, very helpful, and most courteous. He wanted everything to be right. I would certainly use him any time.

Apparently the dish washer was not installed properly so they reattached it for me. It was an excellent experience. They were punctual and very professional.

I called him on Tuesday and he was able to come on that day. I called him at 2:00 pm and he was here at 5:00 pm. I thought that that was very good because of hurricane related problems.

It was a pretty good experience. He showed up on time and knew what the problem was within 5 minutes. The fridge is working again and I was overall satisfied with the quality of the service.

He was a pleasure to deal with. No issues other than it took a couple of days to get him to our inside the loop location.

He quickly identified thew problem. He replaced the part and the refrigerator worked right away. Very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again.

He was good and came out quickly. He did the work quickly and he was very pleasant to work with. He told me exactly what he had to do and how much it would cost. I was very happy with him.

It went very well. Andy arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He gave 2 repair options and explained what they meant. I would definitely call him again.

I called Andy at 7:50 AM on Friday and Andy and his wife were at my home by 10:00 AM. He quickly determined that the compressor had failed and informed us that it was still under warranty which we were not aware of. He could have easily have replaced it for us but instead directed us to call Maytag and set up a service call through them. He was extremely professional and has high ethical standards.

I called at 12:30 p.m., and he was here at 2:00. He was friendly and professional, it took him 10 seconds to diagnose the problem, he had the replacement part, and he had it installed in short order. At my request, he was willing to teach me how to get into the machine myself next time (this goes a long way with me, since most assume I am a fix-it idiot because I am a woman). I'm sure they aren't always this quick, but I was very happy for a Saturday repair call. I was satisfied with the price, but I didn't think it was a screaming deal.

Job 1: They get an excellent rating from me. They were punctual, professional, and performed the work honestly and competently. Job 2: I was extremely impressed with this business. He is local in our area and does an excellent job. He really knows what he's doing and is extremely polite. That is unusual in this day and time.

I called Andy at 4pm and he arrived at 5:15. WOW! What great response! He is very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was before he began work and told us the price. He was extremely courteous. We called him back about 15 minutes after he left because the freezer felt very hot and he took the time to explain further that our freezer doesn't have a fan and the coils take the now warm air in the freezer and moves it outward while cooling the freezer back down. He said it would be less hot once the freezer was cold. That makes perfect sense and we appreciated his extra time and explanation.

Andy's was great, I did not know what was wrong with my dishwasher or why it didn t work and he came out a fixed it and it has been working great since then. They are a good company and very knowledgeable.

For him to fix the ice box, they had to make two trips. The first trip he identified the problem and then came back the next day to fix it. He did clean up the area nicely after he was done. On both occasions he did show up on time.

Andy was prompt, reasonable and had the part in his truck, ready to install. His wife Angela, swept up the floor and assisted him. Also with him Hector, a pleasant fellow who Andy is training. They were quick and efficient. Angela and Hector speak Spanish as well as English.

I telephoned around 9:30 AM. Asked them to come today. They arrived at 12:30 PM, after calling to let me know that they would arrive in 30 minutes. They were punctual, neat, competent, and worked safely to take apart the built in Litton Microwave oven to disconnect the buzzing clock.

Scheduled appt. the same day. Arrived a bit late, but called to tell me. Expained repair to my satisfaction.

Repair person's came out the same day I called; they arrived later than originally stated (1-3; they came around 4:30); they were knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem straightaway. They efficiently fixed the machine. Personable and professional in manner.

I was very pleased with Andy's all around. They came and told me it needed a part. They promptly returned and installed the part. Also, they installed the wheels that came with the refrigerator. I felt he could have been a little more responsive in returning my call as to the exact time he'd be at my house, but I do understand he was in the middle of another job that may have been time consuming. He was always polite, neat and orderly with his repairman ship. His price was reasonable.
