I recently underwent a triple bypass, so am dependent upon others for a while. Our washing machine was leaking very badly. I went to Angie's List and picked Andy based upon reviews. They were right! He did an outstanding job and was very professional. I called him at 8:30 PM. He answered promptly and was able to work me in the next day despite potential conflicts with our medical appointments. He showed up with his mobile shop, his wife, and a helper. Great service! Have already recommended him to others and heartily endorse him! THANKS, ANDY!

Andy returned my Friday evening call within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They called to let us know the repairman was on the way and he arrived right on time. He was professional, courteous, quickly identified the problem, gave us a quote and repaired the Kenmore refriderator/freezer very quickly. He also cleaned the inside of the freezer where blood had dripped from the thawing meat. He cleaned the unit both front and back, vacuumed it out and totally cleaned up everything before he left. We were grateful that the cost was reasonable and the work perfect. I would recommend this company again and again. We will be calling them in the future for any need we have that they can handle.

It went very well. Andy was easily contactable on the phone. We made a time and he sticked to it. Both Andy and his wife arrived at my house on time and made an accurate assessment. He had the parts and was able to fix the refrigerator in the same visit. The job was well done. He left no mess behind. We will use Andy's service again.

This is the third time Andy has been here to repair appliances and he was, as usual, excellent in every way. Andy has a large truck with all the parts he needs. He responds to our calls immediately, sets up a good time to come, calls when he is on his way and always has been punctual. It is a delight to have this mom and pop business looking after our appliances.

I called Andy at 8:45 AM, and he and his wife arrived by 10:15. (He said he would try to be there between 9 and 10, but wasn't sure if he could make it that soon.) At any rate, I was impressed by how quickly he showed up. Andy checked the dryer, checked the external vent, and quickly disassembled the unit. He then spent about an hour and a half trying to determine why the dryer wouldn't heat, and eventually figured out the problem was with the gas line going to the dryer, not with the dryer itself. He also replaced the idler pulley. A disappointing service call, but not Andy's fault. At least the dryer is much quieter now.

Andy was prompt, curtious and had every thing needed to make the repair on his truck. I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance service.

I found Andy's here on Angie's List. I called around 9:00 AM, Andy answered and scheduled an appointment for later the same day. He called 15 minutes before his arrival and came during the time window he originally indicated. He knew exactly what the problem was, had the parts he needed on his truck and made the repairs needed quickly. Before leaving, he checked the dryer thoroughly to make sure it was in good condition overall. He explained the source of the problem & did a preventative repair to make sure it wouldn't happen again. I couldn't be more pleased with Andy & highly recommend him.

My dishwasher had been down for more than 6 mo and I called them on a Saturday morning and they arrived on time that afternoon and he quickly diagnosed my problem. Because of the lack of use, the motors on GE dishwashers tend to hang up and they will not start without some assistance. He just took a screw driver and moved the motor fan blade a few turns and viola! I had a dishwasher again! He even showed me what to do in the future if i ever happened again. Now how can you beat that!!! Now he could have lied and taken me for hundreds of dollars, had he said it would have been more than say $150, I would have bought a new dishwasher. But because he was SO HONEST, It cost me a minimum service charge of $55! very reasonable in my opinion. So you have a real keeper in Andy's Appliance Repair and I recommend him to anyone! I found Andy's Appliance Repair on Angie's list and was impressed by the number of good reports. I also checked his BBB report which was excellent. When I called he answered the phone himself, asked me what the problem was, seemed to know exactly what part was needed, asked me to give him the model # of the dishwasher so he could make sure he had the right part for this particular model when he came out. He showed up as promised the next day and quickly and efficiently made the repair. He seems like an extremely nice and concientious person and I am thrilled to have discovered him and will absolutely call him again when any of my appliances need repairs.

We haven?t had any problems since. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He seemed very knowledgeable. He noticed other things I had in the kitchen and told me what he could repair. I told him I would call him again if I needed him on those particular items.

Great experience...Andy showed up as promised, checked the problem, and the part on hand in his truck (he carries an extensive inventory with him to shorten repair times). He was able to perform the labor and had the part, so we were back in business with no noises in the dryer within an hour. I would definitely recommend him for any appliance repairs.

When I described the problem with my Kenmore washer, Andy said that it sounded like a problem that would still be covered under my warantee. He said that the best thing to do would be to call Sears to come out and look at the washer. Imagine that! He actually let at least an inspection fee go by explaining to me what would be more financially advantagous to me! I am impressed and will call Andy again whenever I have the need, and I will recommend him to my friends also.

He looked at the dishwasher, drained it, opened the front panel, examined it, replaced a part and checked to ensure that it was working correctly. The whole process went like clockwork, and only took 45 minutes. I could not have been more pleased. This is a highly professional business owner, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Disappointed. I spent 20 minutes reading good reviews and then got a voicemail that said they were closed for vacation with no return date and no message space for voicemail. From a consumer point of view my time was wasted.

Andy gave me a 2 hour window on Saturday--11 to 1. He called just after 11 and said he was on the way. He and his wife arrived and promptly replaced the icemaker.

Andy was responsive and came to our house on schedule within a day or two or my initial call. He repaired our washing machine. I thought he was a bit pricey and wouldnt negotiate, but at least the repair was made quickly and correctly.

Everything went really well. They fixed it and did a good job. They ended up replacing a certain part on it. There was nothing wrong with the experience at all. They were fast and they had the parts. The price was about average; it didn't bother me.

He is was wonderful. He was very clear about how he charged. He didn't charge for the follow up service call, and I thought that was great. He also explained the oven parts, so I understood the repair.
