The work was done professionally and efficiently and I was undoubtedly impressed. The work was done approximately one-and-a-half years ago. However, I noticed recently (a week or two ago) that the film was installed on the exterior side of the house for one key location instead of the interior as with all other locations. I called up the Company and requested that they review the installation for that particular location as I did not find any reason for the aberration and felt that the security of my home was being compromised on that account. My request was received cordially enough and the gentleman I spoke to promised to get back to me at the earliest. I have however not been able to get in touch with them since then. I have made many phone calls and left multiple voice messages, as well as sent several texts, but have received no response. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy that the Company has demonstrated in my case. The inconvenience though mine, I would think that the loss is not entirely mine as I was planning on recommending the Company to quite a few friends and neighbors and will not do so as a consequence of this recent experience.

Clint was awesome . Polite , well dressed , helped me move desk in front of a window. made sure he covered my stuff so the spray didn't get on anything , had his own paper towels and trash bag and Clint showed up on time. explained the process when he arrived. help me pick out the right sealant color to match my paint. then got right to work and knocked it out in no time . the UV/safety film looks great. I will definitely refer him to family and friends . I'm extremely happy

Excellent. Clint returned my call the same day that I first contacted him. Scheduling was easy. He was on time. Very professional & knowledgeable. I thought the price was very reasonable. I'm very happy with how the solar film looks and it is definitely helping with the west sun & heat that was coming in & heating up the house.

We just bought a house that had a mirror finish on almost all the windows. The difference between those with the finish and those without was amazing. The windows with the film looked so much better. You see straight in the windows that don't have it. It is very subtle and very elegant. I decided to call Clint in spite of the "B" rating he had because the only reason he had a low rating was because someone claimed he didn't respond to an email. So, I called him. He came out and was very professional. Gave me what seems to me to be a very fair price. He puts a film on the windows that is actually better than the typical mirror film, it also protects against hurricane winds, etc. He has been installing the windows this morning as I write this. The windows he has worked on look so much better. Everyone should have these on their windows. It makes the home so much more private. .
