Description of Work: Positive: Helped locate source of leak in brick work which was causing water to seep into dining area (hardwood floors), told me how I could easily fix myself. Confirmed leak (which I had already located) in kitchen piping behind walls. Replaced piping with Pex (class-C) for line. Finish work behind the sink was poor. the copper stub and new valves were left loose (not anchored). The grade of Pex materials was I found out afterwards would not withstand freezing. For one supply line the amount was pretty high. I might use them to "find" a leak, but I will probably use my now "preferred" plumber to fix.
