+ -1 moreMy salesman was very intuitive about recommending a door that suited my home and design. He had a basic design drawn up and photoshopped it to a photo of my home so that I would know what my home looked like with that door on it before I ever decided to buy. I worked with a designer to custom design my door and was promised a 8-10 week turn around time. The door was installed within 10 weeks and I love the quality and look of the door. My inside door trim did not quite fit due to the sidelight hinges so the crew left my old trim on until this could be corrected which took an additional 3 weeks. That feature, where the glass opens and the door does not is very cool, you can see who is at your door and speak to them without unlocking it and it makes it so easy to clean. Now that it's complete, I absolutely love it. I want them to do my stair railing to match next.
